My design was one color on six out of the ten nails, another on the other four, and a snowflake on the four. The nail tech did not tell me she could not do designs very well, and instead tried to figure out how to put a sticker onto my nail...something I have never been offered in my fifteen years of getting my nails done. Also, it is a snowflake...and I am not picky. It could have simply been three intersecting lines and I would have been happy. I do respect that she tried to complete my request, but she couldn't get the stickers to work, after more than 10 minutes of trying. She then requested another nail technician take over and try - and this tech had 10 years of experience in doing nails. The result was not as expected - my left pinky finger looks like it has a white blob on it because of the nail tech rushing. This was not a difficult design, and I said multiple times that I was fine with a more simple design if that would be easier. As stated before, if it was communicated that the design was too complex for the skill level of the technician, I would not be as upset with my experience, but as is, it was horrible. My mother's experience was similar - with a nail technician telling my mother that she could definitely do the design requested and then was not great at the execution - a unique French tip. If you simply want color on your nails, this place was great - they spoke English very well and were mostly friendly, but if you want anything more complicated, you're in for a disappointment.

I have no idea what kind of hair cut my boys got. We took them to a different salon told the stylist what had happened and what we original had asked for and she was shocked. When it was fixed buy a different stylist at a different salon it looked so much better. Will never go to them again. I can not believe how terrible they cut hair. Did they even go to school for this? Crazy to think they cut hair and do not see how terrible it looks.

I had Henry as my manicure technician and he was detailed and precise. All of my services were delivered with professional care and beautiful execution. We were getting a regular pedicure and a kids pedicure. We were sat at the pedicure chair with our feet soaking in water after, what we did not expect was to wait an additional 35 minutes just to get service. The lady came over to start our service and that is honestly where it went down hill. Then they asked what we abated and I mentioned again a kids pedicure and a regular pedicure. They asked what was the girls age and I said 10 years old. They proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get a kids pedicure because she was 10 but their policy is 10 years old AND younger. She went and asked several different people and would come back and tell me no but she finally said okay. After this they decided that instead of two individuals servicing us, we were given one lady to do both of our pedicures. So now my water that is no longer hot but lukewarm is going to be cold by the time my pedicure starts. So when my pedicure starts I ask for hot water because now my water is cold. Both pedicures were extremely rushed. My feet were not scrubbed of dead skin at all and they didn't polish my toes good, in addition they left like a residue on my feet instead of cleaning them up. It overall just was not a great experience. With starting after sitting in lukewarm water for 35 minutes we were both done by 5pm. That means she did both pedicures in 40 minutes and you can tell it was rushed. We also were not given the sandals to wear we have to go grab some to put on.

She washed and conditioned my hair, then she asked if I wanted any styling products to improve my hair texture. Then she did my haircut and styled my hair with curling iron. I am not the type to write a bad review for anywhere. but my experience at milano nail salon today…read morewas far from satisfactory. Me and my 2 daughters came in to get our nails and toes done. But our pedicure water was cold and they seemed to have no warm water. Then the lady doing the service next to us was being very rude and unprofessional to the employees. saying things like, "without me this place would go to trash." or "they don't pay me enough to deal with other staff members here." i understand having a bad day but don't talk bad about you bosses or fellow employees to the customers. Once we sat down to get our nails done my daughter requested a specific design with a specific color. she had an inspiration picture and knew what color she wanted to use on her nail. but when shown to the tech she told my daughter she could not get an almost white on top of the base because of the color of her nail (which looking at her nails now would not have been a problem) she was guilted into picking a different color which she was not a fan of. then throughout the shaping process off the nails she filed too hard and caused multiple open cuts / wounds that bled around my daughters fingers. one of her nails were applied crooked and stood out among the set. although this may sound picky, as customers who paid as much as we did good service and attentive nail techs should be a given. please do not come to this nail spa unless you don't want the nails you ask for at quality you would expect.
