When asked what I wanted I said a fill for dip. I was seated immediately. Halfway through the process I noticed the nail tech only removed 6 nails of the previous color, and he also grabbed gel nail polish. I told him, I wanted dip. I was told he couldn't do dip, meanwhile the color I wanted is right next to me on the wall in dip. Then I said it again and he replied he couldn't do dip because he'd have to remove the old nail polish. Well duh I thought that's what they were supposed to. so, this man processed to paint mint green over dark maroon. Telling me you could see through. Once again, I said can you not remove the old dip color. He continues to paint over the dark maroon. Now you can see the old dip color under the gel color. He also didn't smooth the underneath of my nail tips out. The nails look absolutely horrible, especially under a light. I am aware I should've got up and left but I didn't. This salon is fairly priced. I guess you get what you pay for!!! I just want people to know there are 2 men in there, that do not listen and they do what they want.
