I ordered the Smashed Burger. It came with a mustard sauce that gave the burger a different flavor. I enjoyed it and I liked the French Fries also. Of course, I had a couple of drinks since this is a brewery. I don't recall the names of the beer or the cocktail that I had, but they were both pretty good. The service at the restaurant was very good. The waitress (I think her name was Andrea) was friendly and very knowledgeable about the different beers and cocktails that the brewery served.

The Gipper is advertised as a dry hopped amber, and they nailed it! That one was my favorite of the flight. I'm an IPA fan, so I had to Tricky Dick (a hazy IPA) to the flight to complete the spread. The Club Sandwich hit the spot for a late lunch! And as good as it was, the beer cheese and fries may have been my favorite part! No water on tap, but bottled water is available.

My wife and I stopped in while running some errands, and I have to tell ya, the atmosphere and service are top notch! The owner/brewmaster is still an active firefighter and has carried that theme throughout the place! The brews have a mostly fruit palate with mango, strawberry, black cherry, and orange creamsicle ales. You won't find Corona or Miller Lite here, nor do they have liquor. Ciders and Seltzers may appear in the future, but for now, those aren't available yet, but they do have some wine for those non-beer drinkers. Food Trucks in the parking lot will also be coming soon! I'm looking forward to Engine 3 becoming a staple of the community!

I love the service, I love the food, but not being able to relax with a smoke and a drink, outside, has forced me to find another place. My friends don't smoke, but none of them has said to me that my smoking bothers them. Someone, a Karen, must have complained when she saw someone actually enjoying themselves. There's plenty room inside, and if you're outside you don't have to sit next to a smoker, just the exhaust from passing cars. Complain about that next time.

But don't let that deter you. The three he had were all very good. I tried them all. An IPA, a sour and a sour hybrid made with wine grains. All three were excellent. And at $3 a pour, they can't be beat. Take a Saturday afternoon and visit. You won't be disappointed. The brewer is David. Make sure you say hi.

The outside seating is great if you have a well behaved for legged friend with you. Otherwise the inside seating is always good. I've always found the place to be clean and tidy. The food is good with the onion rings always a hit. This was a tip shared with me from a local and so passing it on. The service varies from awesome to ok. Nick has always been great but one of the female managers has an attitude and didn't process the discount as promised and expected. The majority of the servers are great and so we tipped well.
