Diane the proprietor was so helpful & made everything so easy. Theyve got two floors & a patio with gorgeous tall ceilings & chandeliers. We had a photo booth set up in the back shaded courtyard, which made it a popular hangout spot for everyone at one point. Diane has lots of decor & supplies up in her attic you can use for free! There was even parking across the street. My daughter was thrilled & everyone had a great time!

She met us at the Magnolia House in less than 30 minutes. She was incredibly patient with us as we discussed how to make it work and how to address the cost between the families. We occupied quite a bit of her time on a day she wasn't expecting us. She helped us secure the bartender, table cloths (because we planned rectangular tables and now had round ones), and security. We left her a little after 3, and she had the area set up for our rehearsal scheduled at 5 that same day. The wedding turned out beautifully. Magnolia House should have been our original venue, as things turned out even better than we had originally planned. I cannot recommend Allison and Cathedral Oaks enough.

The bacon and sausage were poor quality, and the eggs were overcooked. The hashbrowns were only cooked on one side. The cinnamon rolls were the highlight--fresh, oversized, and enjoyed by everyone. The view is absolutely beautiful and was the best part of our visit. We may try again for lunch or dinner and hope for a better experience.

There were so many game options, from pong (which the grandparents especially loved), patio games, mortal kombat, Mario kart, the OG duck hunt game, the list goes on. I'm not sure who had more fun, the kids or the adults! The crew there did a great job keeping up with our drink and food orders throughout the party. The indoor Pool area is warm but hot tub was not hot unfortunately. (Not sure if we could ask to turn up the heat or not). The tiles in the pool area are slick when wet and easy to slip on so be careful. We did notice someone maintaining the pool during our stay so that is nice to see. Breakfast was nice and clean/organized well. The hot coffee/tea/hot chocolate was a nice treat through out the day. Rooms were clean and bedding smelled like laundry. Bed is not too comfortable but the pillows are thankfully. Fridge was not plugged in when we first got into room but that was an easy fix, just a little inconvenient since we had some food items to transfer from our cooler bag. The heat and AC both worked great with no issues. Our bathroom plug in sockets were super loose so trying to blow dry/straighten my hair was a pain. I wanted to add that the housekeeping ladies were great with our stay and always asking if we needed anything for our room.

Linens were dirty and still soiled from the previous guest. When asked to change linens the owner apologized, but did not change the linens in their 3 day stay. Offered a new room, but this room was smelly and had handprints all over the mirrors and the carpet was dirty with a white powder all over. 2. The chair in their room (103) broke as my 76 year old mom sat on it. When she told the owner, the owner told my mom that she would not charge her for the broken chair. THE AUDACITY! She told my sister that she couldn't understand her because she didn't speak Spanish. Only stay at this horrendous place if you want get hurt, be mistreated, sleep in a dirty bed, be discriminated against, and stay in a hostile environment.

I've gone to small local theaters and the sits are sticky and floor is dirty, but this theater was very clean. The price was pretty reasonable, I went with my husband and it was 6.25 ea ticket on Sunday morning at 10:50 showing. I think the prices differ by the time of showing. Had a pleasant experience at this theater!
