She really went the extra mile with customer service and was super helpful with suggestions, even though they were busy on a Sunday afternoon! Their Instagram is super cute and trendy, and they even carry those viral sweatshirts I've been seeing all over TikTok, It was so fun seeing them in person + a good range of sizes.
