I had reached out to a few cleaning services on Yelp and Edward got back to me in the most personal way and a quick phone call with him got me added to his schedule at my preferred time. He answered all my questions, was very transparent with pay and payment methods, and did not give me a time frame but a set time, at which he showed up. Even though I was working while he was cleaning my windows, we had some time to chat and it was great getting to know him a bit. Edward is very personable and his work is impeccable. I hired the better cleaner to clean out my gutters. Edward did a phenomenal job and cleaned them out with a leaf blower while he walked around my entire roof. He cleaned up the leafs on the ground after he was done on the roof and even cleaned up some areas around my property that had accumulated allot of leafs from a big oak tree. I requested that he take pictures after the service so I could check on the gutters, and he took a picture of every gutter and texted them to my phone. I have scheduled regular maintenance with Edward and couldn't be happier with the service I received! Update*** I had Edward come over one more time to fix some gutter drainage that one of my landscapers broke. He replaced the aluminum pipe with the exact color pipe that I had before and came over the same day I called. Very professional! read more

I couldn't have asked for a better gutter cleaner. Edward sent me pictures of all of the gutters he cleaned. He cleaned up all of the leafs that fell onto the ground. He even fixed a part of my gutter for free! He only charged me $150 which is the cheapest quote I have ever received to clean my gutters. The previous gutter cleaner I had been using charged over $200 and they apparently were doing a horrible job each time. I only discovered that they were skipping sections of gutters when I had a contractor go up on my roof for a repair. Im glad I found The Better Cleaner, Edward will definitely be doing my gutters every year from now on! Edward showed up on time and knew exactly what he needed to do while we went for a pre-service walkthrough. My roof was covered in moss, so I hired Edward to treat it rather than pressure wash it. I didn't want a pressure washer to damage the shingles. He treated the roof, and even though I need to wait for some heavy rain showers, the roof already looks much better. The price wasn't increased at the end, and he even cleaned up around my house a little bit with a leaf blower. Great service!!! I would absolutely recommend this company. read more

I hired the better cleaner to clean out my gutters and soft wash my deck. The gutters have not been cleaned for 4 years (I pushed it off for way too long) so much so that plants were starting to grow from them! Edward had no problem cleaning them out and making sure my gutter system worked. My deck was also covered in mold, and he had a soft wash solution that basically made the mold disappear. Edward has been doing my gutters for about 5 years now. I know every time he shows up that the work will be done correctly. He is honest, reliable and even takes pictures of his work for me. This particular time my downspout fell off in a storm. He had the tools ready, and put back my downspout free of charge. My gutters were damaged in a storm and needed to be fixed as soon as possible. I Found Edward through yelp and requested a quote for gutter repair and a gutter cleaning afterwards. He replaced several hangers that hold up the gutter, and replaced a corner piece that was crushed. He sent me pictures of the repair after he finished (since I was at work) and sent me pictures of the cleaned gutter. It was very easy working with him, and he was very responsive.
