The prep work and painting were meticulous. The painters were friendly, on time, and cleaned up perfectly every day. This being such an old house, there were some tricky issues and they took care of everything. We Burigo's to paint the exterior and interior of our house. They weren't the cheapest but offered a 3 year warranty and apparently had a good reputation when the uncle (who passed away suddenly a few years back) was in charge. Less than 2 years in, the paint started flaking in numerous places outside. It seems they thinned the paint too much to save a buck, even though they charged us more for the "best paint" they recommended. The nephew who took over the business (Daniel) won't return our calls and emails. I even ran into him in town and asked him to please come and take a look and discuss options. He promised he would but never did. Our neighbors paid less to go with someone else and their paint job has no problems even after 3 years. I would never use Burigo's again and would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed. read more

Rates are totally reasonable, workers are hard working, friendly and professional, the work is superior quality with attention to every detail we could think of (and plenty we didn't think of - after all, we're not painters). Truly exceptional. The workers are great but the manager Daniel is amazing. Burigo's just finished painting the inside and outside (windows, foundation, and trim only) of our house in Medford. They did a terrific job. Daniel, who scheduled the work, was great to work with. The price was competitive. The inside and outside crews were professional, respectful, and always arrived on time. Their prep work and attention to detail is meticulous. Burigo's have a carpenter who works with them, which is a big plus, since we had some rotted wood on front porch and siding that needed to be replaced prior to painting. The inside crew made cracks in ceilings and walls disappear like magic. They also lightly sanded and repainted radiators, windows, doors and touched up water stained wainscoting under a window. The rooms now look like new and the outside of the house is in great shape again. We can highly recommend this company, they do excellent work! read more

I can't say enough great things about Daniel and his crew, these guys painted the entire interior of our home about 8 rooms and a stairway that had so many holes in the wood I thought this is never going to look good again. After they finished my husband & I were in awe, its's gorgeous, every wall looks brand new and they were in bad shape, we moved in 10 years ago doing nothing at all so it really needed some love. They said they would be there 8AM to 4PM and they were there promptly each day and worked the entire time. Burigo's painting just finished restoring my 15 year old deck. It was in rough shape after years of winter storms, the hot sun and use. They power washed, sanded and stained it. It looks amazing!! As good as it looked when we first had it built years ago....maybe even better. I can't say enough about both the high quality of their work, as well as the professionalism and customer service of Daniel and his team. They are very thorough and efficient, making sure the work was done properly and accurately. Also, very reasonable cost for the work they did. Gene and his team did an amazing job painting the interior of our house. They took care to fill in every dent and scrape in the wall. His estimate was more expensive than another painter, but his references and experience were worth the extra money. He even offered to come back after our floors are installed to touch up any issues caused by the installers, whom are not associated with him. Additionally, he insisted we call if we find ANYTHING we are unhappy with so he can take care of it immediately. That being said- there's nothing! EXCELLENT work! read more

I'm not sure why there are no reviews for these guys since they are painting every other house medford! They did a very nice job painting my house, they painters were real friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They also have their own carpenter who replaced all the shingles on one side of the house. I also had my enclosed front poor floors sanded by someone else and they dragged their equipment on my freshly painted stairs- Thankfully they came back and touched up the stairs at no cost. I cannot say enough positive things about Daniel, Victor and crew. My husband and I recently bought a new home in Wilmington that needed some TLC and tons (!!!!!) of wallpaper removed. Daniel came and walked through our house, created an itemized estimate, and gave us some wonderful advice. The quote was outstanding and we were able to do the entire house right away, which was amazing. They stripped all of the wallpaper, patched the walls, painted our cabinets and even the tile back splash (which came out looking brand new!). Their work is absolutely impeccable. I hired Burigo's to paint our dining room, living room, kitchen and bathroom. They were excellent. Daniel came to do a quote and looked at all the rooms we were thinking About painting. He gave us different options on pricing based on whether we wanted the ceiling refinished, etc. No surprises on time or price. We've used Burigo's several times over the past ten years for both interior and exterior work, and they've been a true joy to work with each and every time. They just finished painting the exterior of our house in Arlington, and we had the same great experience. It's obvious they take pride in doing an excellent job, not just in the end result, which always looks great, but also the way they go about it. They don't rush the prep work, taking sufficient time to do the scraping, power washing, replacing rotten boards, etc., and they are meticulous when priming and painting. The painters are friendly, they come on time, they work their butts off, and they pick up after themselves before they leave every evening. I recently had Daniel and the Burigo team paint all the trim on our brick house, as well as the porches and additions, shutters, backyard fence, and garage. I also asked them to attend to several side projects that I knew were needed, as well as several more that they brought to my attention during the course of their work. These included items such as replacing and repairing wooden trim, securing aluminum flashing at the peak of the roof, pressure washing moss off of the garage roof, polishing and revitalizing old brass door fixtures (which came out beautifully!), even helping me relocate a garden gazebo. Due to the extremely rainy weather during May (of 2019) they were several weeks behind schedule. Nonetheless, Daniel lived up to his commitment to have the job completed by the end of the month by having the team work through the holiday weekend, as well as bringing in extra crew to help. Their pricing was competitive (I received four bids), and the cost for the extra side projects was very, very reasonable. I especially appreciated Daniel's responsiveness throughout the project: whenever I emailed him with a question or request, he'd respond by the next morning, or in several instances, by calling me directly within minutes. He also would stop by late in the day, after the crew had gone, to check on their progress and review the work completed and schedule with me. I have been doing business with Burigo's for close to 25 years now, and am glad I was able to have them do work for me again. These guys are amazing! I had such a good experience! I had a very tight timeline, i.e. one day to get my apartment painted before moving in. The walls and ceilings were a mess. They stayed for 14h to get everything done perfectly and keep in mind this is a third floor apartment in July! I almost didn't recognize the place it looked so much better. All the painting was meticulously done and the guys where very friendly and accommodating. They even let the carpet cleaners in so I didn't need to make a additional trip. This is the second time Burigo has painted for us--the first was a major interior job featuring several rooms, paint colors, and walls and ceilings that needed a TON of work before the first coat could go on. Gene and Daniel and the rest of the crew put 110% into the job and everything looked better than new. (p.s. this was at least two years ago and everything they painted still looks great). This past month saw Daniel and the crew working on our exterior of our 3-story house, porch and deck. I am pleased to say that now the outside of the house also looks better than new! The detail on the trim work is pristine (two trim colors and diamond-paned windows) and the prep and repair work they did was amazing. Burigo is professional, on-time, and has great attention to detail. They seem to paint your house as if it were their own.
