Well the prices seem close to what you may find elsewhere. They sure didn't seem like "warehouse prices". The store is plenty big and they looked decently stocked for the most part. It was quiet when I arrived. Not busy or loud at all. But...the employees. Hmm... They weren't rude, per se, they were just not super aware. They couldn't help me with different items I was looking for. The only reason I asked for advice or ideas/recommendations on alternative options in the first place, is they were completely out of the items I needed. They did try, I guess, and I do appreciate the effort but they were kinda..."meh" If I was in the area I would likely find another liquor store. They don't honor there website pricing. Website showed Blantons for $139. Went in the store and it was $169. Counter guy called manager who was in the back over the phone and relayed, the price on the shelf is what it is. Seems like an Alcohol Beverage Control or Weights and Measures issue. Well this is the 4th time I've been here and the service seems to get worse and worse. Asked a staff member for Arbita beer from Louisiana. Instantly said no, so with with my toddler in one arm I looked at the entire beer selection, guess what they have it and 5 different types too. Here is a tip, if you don't know look it up. The semi goth, pig tail associate at checkout was a real gem, barely spoke, did not want to be there and didn't ask if I was a reward member, she didn't want to be there and apparently didn't want me to be there as well. Well this is the last time I drive out of my way to come here. Hopefully the owners make an effort to take care of their staff and train them in customer service. This is the biggest liquor store in our immediate vicinity. It opened 2 years ago and it's the only place I go, so it's really unfair that I've not written a review yet. They have a great beer cooler including some great singles and bombers, a very nice wine selection, and some impressive whisky's on the shelves. Being a larger discount store the prices are much better than the smaller competition, and they offer a rewards club that gives you some money off after enough purchases. Weekends you'll find reps offering free tastes of different libations as well. The store is always impressively clean and clear of debris and clutter. The people who work here are extremely nice to their customers, it's really a nice experience to come here. We've been frequent flyers (don't judge us) since they opened. Of ALL the scotch in the place, they were out of JWRed 750. After wondering searching for an employee I came across a liquor rep (not even an employee) who offered to help. She asked the counter guy if there was somebody to help me, and his response was "I don't know where he's at." After finding ANOTHER rep, or deliverer, I finally got an employee who took me to the same spot where I have already been, and KNOW that there is no product--JUMP TO MY PHONE CALLS to complain about customer service. NOBODY I talked to would offer up their names, in fact the first phone call was with the "GM" who simply would NOT state his name. After telling mr no name GM my issue, he accused me of trying to get something for free and HUNG UP ON ME--at this point I'm IRED. Called back, got the "assistant GM" (according to her) who ALSO would not give me her name. When I re-iterated the issue, she ONLY defended "her" employees, said that she took pride in her customer service, called me a liar and ALSO hung up on me. Over 31 years in hospitality (CUSTOMER SERVICE) and I have NEVER seen or dealt with ANYTHING like this. THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER....WHO hangs up on their clients? UNPROFESSIONALS, and associates that can't handle customer issues at a STORE LEVEL.....I have requested via email a number for me to call that is ABOVE store level. This is the worst customer service I've EVER experienced. If you can't even tell me your name, then THAT is an issue in itself, and the MORE people I'm "pawned off to" with my complaint, the angrier I'm going to get....ALL they had to do was say, "I'm sorry we don't have that today it will be in tomorrow" instead of making me wait, talk to non-employees, and be hung up on THREE times. Poor, poor, poor. I have VOWED to upset these folks as much as they've upset ME. Sorry, they HAD MULTIPLE CHANCES to REMEDY this, BUT chose to HANG UP on me, IGNORE me, and now that I am CONSTANTLY CALLING their number, their number is BUSY, LOL-----THEY lose possible "client/GUESTS" phone calls. I called today at 2:30 pm. The guy who answered the phone abruptly said, "Hold Please." He put the phone down and walked away. I could hear people talking in the background and after 33 minutes of waiting, no one ever came back to pick up the phone. This is horrible customer service. I will drive out of the way and go to DaveCo, where they actually assist you and ask, "How can I help you." The owner and/or managers need to do something about this type of service. read more

Walked in to the nightmare of a store at Ross, Their restroom was broken and the line was huge. My daughter was about to pee her pants so I sent my wife to take her to use a restroom some where near by. They walked into your store to use a restroom and some guy at the front said they were not aloud unless they bought something. I'm sorry but when you see a woman with a 6 year old that has to pee you let them use the restroom! Terrible customer service. read more

Made a call to inquire about a Brazilian liquor and the guy answered seem like it was inconveniencing him to see if they had it. I had to spell it several time in which he made such a rude comment to me during the conversation. I ended the conversation with him at that point. Bought a $23 box of expired wine here (on accident), poured a glass and realized it was rotten. It was a white wine that was pouring out dark brown and murky. Can directly back to the store (not 30 min) later and they told me there is nothing they can do for me because it was opened. Well, I'm not sure how else I could have determined it was rotten. This was a great store. I just stopped in to see if they have anything different than my home state and they had plenty. I love the variety, they had plenty of names you know and they had some unique novelty items that were great buys. I purchased jello shots in a syringe and some Pralines and Cream liquor which is outstanding in my morning coffee. The store was clean, spacious and the staff was very nice. They had something for everyone from beer, wine, liquor and some pretty neat gift sets. I will certainly stop in again if I travel back to the area. This such a great alleviation of the Aurora liquor & beer shopping desert. I'm a huge beer aficionado, and since moving to this side of town I've lamented the lack of decent liquor stores. When I'd resigned myself to driving down to Argonaut once or twice a month, this great place came along. Huge beer selection, including bombers and LOTS of Colorado craft. Good wine and booze selection too, including some really top-shelf varieties that are tricky to find. The people are courteous and friendly and are eager to help out. The store is bright and very clean. My only (and small) gripe is that sometimes the organization of the wines or liquors can be a little haphazard and random, sometimes requiring a little wander time to find what you're after. But they're still relatively new and I suspect with time they'll figure it out. Their prices are on par with Argonaut, though I'd love to see a rewards program or weekly specials a la Tipsy or the other huge outlets. Check 'em out! read more

When you break something entirely by accident in most stores, you don't have to pay for it. NOT HERE. I dropped a 12-pack because the handle broke and the manager insisted I must pay for it since I chose the one with the faulty handle. Needless to say, they have lost our business. If your looking for the best Bourbon, whiskey, and scotch selection in the Aurora area without wanting to drive downtown then this is the store to check out, They do not have it all but its the best I found so far. I stop at this location because it is close to my house. Customer service has always been mediocre at best. Today, I stopped in for a special beer for a gift. They had it. I was immediately grilled by the employee, a girl with long hair and shaved underside, about my patronage at the store. She told me I needed three things, to spend $200 dollars in the store today, have spent a lot with the store as a regular, and to get on and give a good google review. I told her I spend hundreds of dollars with their store as I usually only stop in for bourbon. My last visit was a bottle of Weller 12, another $60 dollar bottle of bourbon and some beer about three weeks ago for god sakes. To put it in perspective of the level of spending. She pulled up my account and asked where I have been? I said what do you mean? She said you haven't been in for a while(literally a few weeks also over a busy holiday week in that mix). Not in some sort of cute joking way. I asked her what the problem was and if she was going to sell me the beer? She said not if you are going to get an attitude. Sorry, I don't have time for games and petty customer service. The owner has given power to the wrong people in this place. Poor selection, over priced, and not big at all for a "warehouse". Great new store! Clean, ample space, knowledgeable and experienced staff/management. Entire wall of CO beers and other national craft breweries. Love the dedication to CO here! Very impressive to have even some smaller names and wider variety than just the hot seller craft brew selection. More availability of cans than most warehouse stores which is appealing. Huge walk-in self-serve cooler. This area has needed a quality liquor warehouse for a while. So happy!! read more
