However, two of the three items I ordered were substituted, one of those without my input. The substitutions you made were acceptable, and I am pleased overall. As a former retail district manager of 26 stores in a 5 state region, I would appreciate better communication between your POS and Uber system interfaces. Set up properly, and with well trained cashiers, you can achieve a 90-95% first choice fullfilment figure, at least I was able to in 1995 with nothing more sophisticated than Z80 mivroprocessors and landline telephone notifications. I realize that systems communications are far more complex these days; however an investment in some better integrated IT servicewill increase your fullfilment index by 15% or more, conservatively. I am absolutely certain of that number, and you should be able to do even better. No, I am not coming out of retirement to help, but I will use your service again.
