Just on a fluke I pulled in thinking I will try just one more time. I told the salesman what I wanted and he went straight to it. Told me about several he had and recommended the one I bought. It was exactly what I wanted. He didn't have one in stock but said he would have it there before I needed it . . . and he did!!! This was my 2nd purchase this year. We have 1 more bedroom to redo and I won't hesitate returning to this store for the 3rd time. When I'm looking for mattress, springs or accessories, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I'm old and grumpy. The gentleman is so nice and so patient, taking a lot of time explaining the difference between each of the several brand names, and how each is constructed. He is not pushy, trying to make a sale. Some of the mattress and brand names are quite pricey, but for me it doesn't make a difference. I want what I want. This facility gets 5 stars in my book. If there was a 6th, I'd give them that.
