Right away you can hear lyric demanding the phone in the background. Lyric is the employee every owner seeks because she thinks it's her own place, yet she's the employee that will destroy the owners business by the way she speaks to and treats customers. I just called there to ask what machine was used on my daughter. I already had it written down in my notes but just in case I had the wrong brand. Or maybe they were several different types like the Candela one two and three? I'm not in the business, so I was calling to get more information Because the bottom line is, I'm trying to help my daughter with a successful. Laser Hair Removal. The first girl was nice on the phone. She may have even been the owner, but she quickly passed it to lyric, who is so unprofessional and was immediately on the defense! I told her several times why are you talking to me like this? Why are you on the defense? I said I'm trying to help my daughter. I'm not blaming you guys. She kept talking over me. I actually can probably pull the recording from my kitchen surveillance here if need be. Lyric who was so adamant improving that no results should be seen yet, didn't even have one of my daughter's appointments logged in the system and just asked me to get my husband's proof of payment to prove that we were there for the October session. Because whole her argument is that my daughter then only had five Treatments, bikini, armpits, etc. and not the 6 (where supposedly you see results ) and THAT'S why she sees zero results but if I could prove that she was there in October, Please! Such BS! I have EVERY single appointment date jotted in my notes section of their contact including details on the strength of the laser that was used every single time. I got all this info from Lyric each visit & wanted to have this info to see how long it would take to see results, etc. But again, let's remember I did not call just now to complain or have them on the defense about the laser not working. I simply wanted specific details on the machine used because yes, now I'm going to try a different Laser Hair Removal place. I didn't tell them that, but I assume they figured it out by my questions. And who is she to treat me like that? & Be so nasty saying she has a professional assistant, and there's no way she would not have one of the appointments recorded. Oh and she made me laugh at one point by saying I was being abrupt with her. It was because I raise my voice and saying why are you talking to me like this? Why are you on the defense? She didn't know what else to say. She completely lost that one appointment. but she will back that company and machine told her death. What a great little employee she is to have! ((Sorry to be sarcastic but that actually makes me smile)) After spending thousands and thousands of dollars and to see zero results. Not only my 14-year-old daughter but my husband! But this Lyric was alway snippy from the first time I met her. Any employee that is quick with the mouth when you are happy, paying customer you can only imagine how they can turn when they are put on the defense. And let's remember I never did any negative reviews about this business. It has been months since we have returned. I kept ignoring the text saying where are you? It's time for your next appointment! I was simply calling to ask them. What type of machine they had used. And now that they have made me feel like the fault is mine... You need to know what kind of business this is! Anyway, There are SO many laser places nearby and GETTING ZERO RESULTS on top of dealing with that Lyric ... Don't go here! They deserve zero stars.

I even have this documented in writing. The outcome was the opposite. My forehead was significantly over-treated, while the area I came in for was not properly addressed. I felt that my preferences were overridden in favor of a more standardized approach, rather than a treatment tailored to my face and goals. When I followed up, there was no accountability taken for the mismatch in outcome, and the response focused strictly on policy rather than working toward any fair resolution. Given the cost, I expected a more individualized approach and better alignment with what I had clearly requested. I will be including screenshots of my original request and follow-up communication so others can make an informed decision. Update: After the provider's response, I want to clarify that my concern is not about general Botox outcomes, but about lack of alignment before treatment. I had clearly communicated my goals in advance (including in writing) and specifically wanted a natural, targeted approach. I was later told that standard dosing (approximately 20 units per area) was used, which resulted in a much higher number of units than expected and did not reflect my request. If this is the standard approach, it should be clearly disclosed upfront--especially when pricing is presented per unit. There is also a non-refundable $100 deposit required to book. I would strongly recommend confirming the exact treatment plan and expected units before committing.
