The issue with this business is the LACK of customer service, starting with the owner. Very unprofessional with how she deals with people. She is a money hungry individual and her care for money overshawdows everything else. When I attempted to speak with her about the lack of customer service she has she advised that is something that can be worked on later on down the line and as long as the children received a good education that is all that really mattered. I understand the education is important but so is the respect shown to the people who PAY for the education. She also shows a great deal of favortism to the children of her friends that attend the school. There are many stories I could tell about this women, as her staff along with herself gossip about one another; as well as talk about other parents. My daughter used to attend until she was hurt at the playground recently. They took the kids to the playground in 39 degree weather and they failed to put a hat on my child. She fell coming off the slide and got cut pretty badly in the middle of her head. The owner showed the BARE minimum sympathy for my child and used the excuse that kids get hurt.

This is a nature-focused program with Montessori and Reggio Emilia influences as well. One of our favorite things about Little School is how the children truly learn to problem-solve and communicate with their peers. Our kiddos have brought their learnings home to us so that we can also hone our communication skills as a family. Little School is a special place and we feel lucky that our kids have had their first years of learning outside of the home with Mrs. Jen and Mrs. Barbie :)

I wouldn't even consider this a daycare b:c it's a school and they started teaching my daughter from day 1. Our daughter is now 2.5 and she has learned her ABCs, colors numbers AND manners (to name a few). She is constantly being challenged to learn and grow into strong, independent child. When we found out we would be having another child, we automatically knew he would be following his sister there. We continue to be happy with our decision and there is nothing more fulfilling than seeing my children thrive in this environment. The children are like family to the teachers and staff. My husband and I agreed that it is about time as he needs to learn to socialize as well. We searched and looked for the right school or a care provider and eventually found Lightbridge Academy at Delran, NJ. They eased all our worries, answered all our questions, excellent staff, even great walkthrough! Everything was on point. They also have cameras where you can check in on your little one whenever you wish. In such a short time, our son showed amazing progress. This is coming from a boy who is exclusively BF and only sleeps with mommy, rarely with daddy and is very dependent on being latched. Like any kid, in the beginning, he showed attachment issues and cries at drop off. The teachers and the staff are so on point that they make sure to find ways to divert his attention and engaged with him. He took a very little time to adjust, and before we knew it, he loved spending every single day with his classmates, teacher, and learning the activities. He would come home a happy kid, and when we do our own activities at home, he continues to surprise us. In fact, one day, he came home and just started showing hand movements to certain songs that he loves to interact to! This is all thanks to the excellent curriculum, patience of the teachers & staff, and how well they manage the facility. Recently we had to move out, and Lightbridge Academy at Delran, NJ had us so spoiled that we were hoping to find the same care that they provided us. To date, we are still looking. Believe it or not, my husband and I can't stop wishing that there's a Lightbridge Academy here out west. Nothing can compare. I promise you when I say this, and it is NOT an exaggeration at all ... it is not easy to find a school or daycare that will provide the love, care, AND ALSO include your child's learning as part of their priority. Some will simply be a place for your kids to stay at like a playground, which is what we realized the hard way. With Lightbridge Academy at Delran, NJ, you get to have it all and more! I have obsevered the workers yelling at the children even while the parents are in the room. My child is always very dirty or wets herself during the day, while on the weekends when she is home with us, she never has any "accidents". I would agree the price is right, but that is about it.
