I had to take him out after not even a full two weeks, it was awful. The staff as so rude and will not communicate to you about your own child. They do not keep you updated on anything. My son had got scratched on the face and when I had asked for them to send me a picture I was hung up on, the next day he got another scratch that broke the skin and was bit on the stomach was not informed AT ALL. I was told the other parent were aware of this kid who was consistently scratching other kids but I was never told. The owner told me "the teacher has been with us for years, I don't know what to tell you" when I tried to get a solution to the problems and then proceeded to ask me for another chance. The last day he came home with a black eye and a diaper that was not his. He never back back after this. When I went to pick up all his belongings they tried to only give me his blanket and sheet and not his clothes, box of diapers and multiple packs of wipes. Absolutely horrible daycare.

While dropping my granddaughter off 9:31am Friday, January 10th 2023 I witnessed a teacher (I…read morebelieve her name was Priscilla) grabbing and seating a little toddler. She is the tiniest toddler in the room. I proceeded to observe the situation as the teacher continued yelling and snatching items out of the kids hands. I thought about reacting but I knew they'd call the cops on me. So I went to the office, got Miralena and said, "You need to get your teacher. She's in there yanking the kids and snatching things." As we walked to the classroom, you could literally hear the teacher yelling and screaming at the kids. At that point, Miralena pulled the teacher to the back room and talked to her. I don't know what was said... At that point, my granddaughter started crying cause she didn't want to stay. Mind you this child has been going to this school for over a year and actually looked forward to going to school every day. (Especially when Miss Nyema was there) I left. Sat in the car for a second to gather my thoughts. Then went back inside and told Miralena "Today is her last day! And, I'm gonna need your director to contact me immediately." 11:34am Tuesday 2/14/23, Miralena called "So Ali is staying?" I replied, "Well I don't know. I'm still waiting for your director to call me. So how was that situation handled? Were her parents made aware of the incident involving their child? Cause I'm still trying to get in touch with them. " She said, "We let the teacher go. She won't be back." I said, " Well where's your director because she never called me...and since she didn't it's too late. What is corporates number?" She said, "I'm not in the office and have to stay in the classroom all day today." 4:54pm Tuesday 2/14/23, Rashawnah calls. She apologized for not getting back to me sooner. I asked, "When did Miralena tell you about the incident?" She said "Friday evening." I said, "Isn't protocol to alert superiors immediately after an incident involving the children?" She said "Yes!" So I said, "Right. Since Miralena didn't and now you're just calling me about an incident that took place early Friday morning ...other measures need to be taken. What's corporate number and I want that ethics line too." I proceeded to say, "See if I had snatched her ass up y'all would have called the cops on me. You would want me to do something too if it were you and yours. This didn't personally happen to me and mine but I witnessed it happen to another baby who could have very well been ours." I told her that she would be able to see it all on the cameras. She said they don't have cameras inside the facility. 11:36am Today, 2/17/23 Kelly Phelan calls me to ask is Ali last day on Tuesday? I said, "No. where did you get that from?" She said, "You the grandmother told someone here that her last day was on Tuesday." Then she proceeded to say, "AND JUST SO YOU KNOW, LICENSING WAS JUST HERE AND FOUND NO WRONGDOINGS." I said, "WELL HOW WAS THAT DETERMINED WHEN THEY DIDN'T CONTACT ME THE WITNESS WHO SAW IT HAPPEN?" Nowwwww she wants to play victim. Talking about me screaming...so I hung up. She called back to threaten me with the police if I come down there." I called her back to confirm what she had said and hung up. All of this because I reported a danger that I witnessed against a defenseless baby girl. Now Kelly wants to gaslight and play victim. Her guilty conscience came out in her "argument" with me. Extremely unprofessional.

I could not be more pleased with the services we have received over the years. The teachers are great and they really make your children feel special. Mr. Lee is approachable and it's nice to see how he interacts with the children on a daily basis. My daughter likes to go on her days off from school to see her friends at TLE. My children have made many new friends that have since left and they are still in contact with them. My children have made many memories over the years. Thank you TLE. Keep up the good work!

I withdrew my child from this center for a myriad of reasons that compounded over the short 6 months that he was enrolled: 1- unclean: the establishment always smelled dreadful. My child contracted hand foot and mouth in his second week of daycare. He proceeded to have such a severe case that we took him to the ER because he was so dehydrated and refused to eat due to pain. He had to miss school for 2 full weeks of school. I made the daycare aware of this and they didn't have the decency to even respond. $700 in prepaid tuition lost due to no fault of our own. 2- about a month before my decision to withdraw my child, "incidents" started happening. At least once a week, I'd get an incident report. Once, there were two incident reports in a day. One of the times, he went home with a big scratch across his forearm. 3- lacks transparency: cameras are present in the daycare, but they are only "live streamed" so if an incident happens, there's no recording to watch. The daycare allows parents to go look at the cameras, but you're required to let the daycare know before you drop by.. kind of defeats the whole purpose. 4- Management is inflexible, unkind, lacks basic empathy. So please, before you decide to enroll your child there, consider this review, and search them up on facebook for another parent's account of what happened to her child in this center.

My review is unbiased and solely what I believe, the directors care about the children, but can be rude. Some of the teachers are good, most are not, I left because of the things I had witnessed and tried to correct, one specific incident was when a child 1 was hit by child 2 because child 2 was having a bad day, teacher held child 2 and told child 1 to hit child 2 back. I informed the directors and their solution for this problem was to place said teacher on leave for the rest of the week and place her in a different room when she returned to work. For me I would think that calls for immediate termination. Teachers favor certain children. All in all I would NEVER send my children here again. My daughter hated going here everyday and now that she is in a new center she asks me every morning if she gets to go to school now. Forever Young has a good facade but be mindful, read reviews, stop in unexpectedly and see how they really run things.
