I'm really not the best at explaining what I want sometimes -- I can be a little wishy-washy and indecisive -- but she was so patient with me from the very beginning. She never rushed me or made me feel difficult. Instead, she took her time, asked thoughtful questions, and really worked hard to understand my vision, even when I struggled to put it into words. Ceclya went above and beyond in every way. Not only did she bring my ideas to life exactly how I imagined, but she also helped me figure out what I truly wanted. Throughout the process, she took the time to talk with me, listen to what was going on in my life, and somehow incorporated those personal pieces into the décor in such a meaningful and beautiful way. She's incredibly easy to work with, extremely kind, and genuinely cares about her clients. She accommodated me every step of the way and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I hope they upgrade the women's bathrooms because they are hot without AC, and something is up with the plumbing in there. The toilet water was brown even after flushing (every toilet was like this, we flushed them all to test) and smelled weird. I think it was coming out of the sinks like that too so I didn't want to wash my hands with it. Also the stall doors are hard to get out of.

It seems like they were very experienced with kids, & having as much fun as we were.
