For example with a sheer panade to make them crispy outside and a slightly smoky flavour. But, the original potato fries are outstanding, too. I ate the entire thing both nights and just wanted more (it was a big burger though)!! I also had a watermelon spritz which was so refreshing! You can tell the owners/workers get to know their regulars as I saw them stopping by tables and chatting - which was just so fun to see! If you're in Zurich, I highly recommend popping by!
