They would handle it from there. NOT TRUE at this location. I was first told by the manager on duty that I had to box it up and ready to ship. I told him that wasn't what the instructions said. I left not happy and called my daughter who had just returned two phones last week. She confirmed that Verizon instructions were accurate. I went back in the store and relayed that information. That made the manager mad and he told me he would take it and it was only for my own protection that he initially refused. I then figured out he had no idea what he was doing nor his obligation to honor the contract between Verizon and UPS. I then took it to another store further away and had no problems with the return.

When questioned, they claim the "systems are already shut down," yet it is clear they are still assisting customers inside. Today, I experienced this firsthand and was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, particularly from the older gentleman on staff. I arrived with ample time to drop off a package but was denied service due to this practice.
