When I received my new phone from Verizon, the instructions to return my old phone to Verizon were simple. Take the phone to any UPS store and show them the QR Code. They would handle it from there. NOT TRUE at this location. I was first told by the manager on duty that I had to box it up and ready to ship. I told him that wasn't what the instructions said. I left not happy and called my daughter who had just returned two phones last week. She confirmed that Verizon instructions were accurate. I went back in the store and relayed that information. That made the manager mad and he told me he would take it and it was only for my own protection that he initially refused. I then figured out he had no idea what he was doing nor his obligation to honor the contract between Verizon and UPS. I then took it to another store further away and had no problems with the return. read more

This is a wonderful location situated in a small shopping center. The staff is very friendly and personable. Honestly it felt like the old school shop owner kind of experience. I was able to ship through FedEx for $50. The attendant working this location was very kind and worked efficiently. She was able to get me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely consider this location again. It seems to have much less traffic than other local location, especially for midday on a Saturday.

Owners Denita and Sean are lairs and thieves! Their employees loose customers belongings with no regard to the harm they cause. They say there is surveillance within the store (Sean) but lied to the police about not having a tape. They are the poster children for why you should not trust black business establishments.
