Just a heads up for anyone mailing boxes. UPS is now charging $5.00 to tape your box. Or, you can buy a $3.00 crappy roll of tape there. The lady was polite and I understand this is a company policy, but this is ridiculous. read more

I just love this location. Everyone is always very helpful and kind. Some businesses have gotten so cold, however I can always expect a warm and friendly attitude. Especially today. I frequent this location at least once a week. I go so much even my dad side eyes me. LOL! Even when the line is long, it moves fast and the employees are very friendly. I have never had an unpleasant encounter. The staff is always so helpful. I appreciate seeing the smiling faces a couple of times each week. Unfortunately, I do not know anyone's name to give them the praises that are due. They will always get my business. read more

New owner is a joke. Didn't file a claim for an overnight package that didn't arrive until 5 days later! UPS Corporate has confirmed that he never filed the claim to reimburse the $51.39. It has been 11 days since it was supposedly filed. If you go to a UPS Store, UPS Corporate will not help you recover money due to you if your package is late. read more

Scenario - my bank found identity theft = thankful But my debit card was locked = concerned and nervous I found myself in need of cash to get gas I was on eagles landing parkway nearby -while helping a friend with a Lights On After School event on the same shopping strip = busy and hungry Italian Oven would not cash a check = sad Went to UPS Store and one of their team gave me some of her personal cash so I could get gas a bite to eat and home safely to my family = relieved and thankful Not a common practice- but a story of how their team builds relationships and cares about their clients I was always a fan but now a super fan! No matter where I go, UPS stores are UPS stores... Service not always the best, not certain of speed is something that's considered when thinking of customer services. I only find myself in this branded store if something is shipped to me and dropped off or if a preprinted label requires us of UPS. Otherwise, MY $ goes to FedEx. read more

There was a large line inside the store but I was amazed with how store employee Rachel was handling customers with her great smile and pleasant tone. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with extreme condescension. The employee at the counter openly complained about customers using their drop-off services, treated my basic inquiries with visible annoyance, and gave no viable explanation as to why a package had been sitting in their store for over eight days without a mail carrier pickup. Furthermore, she allowed a random bystander to make snarky remarks toward me, and the moment I walked away--having remained entirely polite and calm--the employee immediately began gossiping and making smart remarks about me with that individual. "Nasty-nice" customer service and whispering behind a customer's back is entirely unprofessional. If this location cannot handle third-party shipping operations or train its staff to speak to paying customers with basic respect, they should discontinue the service altogether.
