The groomsmen rented their suits for my wedding here. One had a lot of trouble on the website when he tried to order, so don't let the boys try and order on their phones. Also make sure they try on the suits when they get it, to make sure that it is the correct size and fits. Three of my boys all had to return and exchange for a different size, so make sure they try it on. Any problem I had, I called and everyone has been helpful. Calling is a lot quicker and easier than waiting for a response through email. Otherwise the guys looked good in their suits on my wedding day. read more

This experience was an absolute DISASTER! The fitting process for our wedding party went very well and we expected good things to follow. We were wrong! When my tux arrived it was so wrinkled it looked like someone had worn it, thrown it on the floor for a few days, and sent it to me. I called to complain saying that this was not what I was expecting after paying $300 to rent each tux. I must say that their operators were effecient, and replacements were arranged without a hassle. When my replacement tux arrived... you guessed it... it was wrinkled beyond belief. This was not the end of the bad news. My son's tux came in wrinkled and in the wrong size! We had to arrange a replacement. My father's tux was "delayed due to severe weather". When we called to determine it's whereabouts they had no clue. The tracking indicated it had left their facility but nothing else. They arranged for another shipment. The original arrived the next day so now he had two. Additionally, other members of the wedding party reported receiving the wrong sizes, wrinkled suits, etc. The three people in my immediately family ended a up with a dry cleaning bill to make the suits wearable, and with seven different boxes we had to ship back. The only reason the Black Tux gets even one star from me is that their operator service seems to work well. read more

He made an appointment to come in because he wanted to get measurements in person. The staff was very helpful. They knew exactly what the groom wanted. The rental will arrive to our house. They advised if there was any issues, to come in and they do any changes necessary. read more

Great experience overall, the measurements almost came perfect but came a little bit short but it happens with everything. So glad I took my child here for their 8th grade prom/formal! Did not know what to expect; made appointment online - showed up and greeted by "ADRIAN" who was amazing. It was our first tux fitting/rental experience and honestly there is not better place in town. We tried today another place in the area and it was so bad we walked back out and confirmed our rental online immediately.
