The ends were really damaged and so I went to help to find someone. Toni seemed to have good reviews and for good reasons. Right when I got there she consulted me and made me feel welcome. I explained to her that I knew I needed a cut and I needed quite a bit of length cut as well. I was reluctant but she was very helpful and welcoming. She explained everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable enough for her to do what she needed.
