I had to place this order from a distance, but fortunately in the capable hands of Relles florists they turned out perfect and were exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price. Pickup was so smooth, I was able to send my mother, and they provided us with an extra bucket to help keep everything fresh for the next day. Unfortunately we didn't remember that the pre arranged bouquets had plastic bags on the bottoms, so while we thought they were sitting in water, they actually had none! But Relles to the rescue! I was able to send my boyfriend, and they replaced the wilted flowers perfectly, and the bouquets looked wonderful all day. I really cannot say enough good things about the kind service, and beautiful flowers at Relles florist. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I walked in for a graduation bouquet and received top tier service. She developed a bouquet that felt extremely personal and really took all my comments and preferences into consideration. I didn't have many, which allowed her to be extremely creative! It was also nice to be able to come in with a price point and have her do her magic, exceeding all expectations. The shop is so adorable with pre-made bouquets and some dried bouquets too! Lots of other gifts and knick-knacks for sale as well. I do think the value/price point for the service and charm of the shop makes sense. Hope that this show continues to do well and develops a large fan base!

I also had to email her last minute just a week before my wedding and asked if she could bring a couple of single flowers and add on an extra boutonniere to the order. She had no problem taking care of that for us and responded the same day!
