The lovely folks at this shop were able to deliver gorgeous bouquets to a family member in the hospital the very next day after we all placed our orders! We're talking six bouquets here lol (one not pictured - went to the house instead). They were also able to honor small requests/preferences and I appreciated that they asked about if the recipient has cats, as lots of flowers are toxic to them!! Each one was stunning, and in my opinion very worth the price. A medium bouquet with a vase came out to $92.44 total, which I believe was just tax and no delivery fee to the hospital (not 100% sure). I celebrated a friend's birthday at Botanic Flower Shop and it was pure happiness from start to finish. We took a floral arrangement class that was creative, hands-on, and so much fun. The work stations are wonderfully spacious, giving everyone room to play with flowers freely. I even enjoyed the guilty pleasure of tossing clippings on the floor, although the tidy part of me couldn't let them stay there for long! The hosts were incredibly friendly and their enthusiasm made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. Everywhere you turn is a picture perfect moment, with gorgeous flowers and beautiful setups that practically beg to be photographed. Parking was also a breeze since it is conveniently located right off Broadway in Sacramento, which made the day even easier. I had the best time laughing with old friends and even made some new ones. My heart felt full the entire time. If you are looking for an experience that is joyful, memorable, and overflowing with beauty, Botanic Flower Shop is absolutely the place to go. I was looking to send flowers to my aunt for Thanksgiving however it appears their website marks delivery items as pick up. I'd chosen the Sunday before Thanksgiving not realizing that should there be any issues Botanic would be closed until at least Wednesday, since they're only open certain days of the week. After realizing the delivery had been marked as pickup around 6pm or so (after hours) on the day they were be delivered I left a voicemail to confirm they were for delivery and did end up getting a text from my aunt that they were delivered. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and I most definitely will be ordering from them again. I just wish their website didn't have that "pickup" hiccup, that I got notification that they were delivered and that they had an email for follow ups and not just a phone number. All in all however, the arrangement was incredible and she adored it. read more

Stumbled upon this cutie while walking around Oak Park this afternoon. The shop is super cute and has a fabulous selection of both beautiful arrangements and single stems for a diy bundle. I discovered this treasure by a chance, searching some last-minute gift, and I am glad I did! It has such a friendly atmosphere in the shop. I was not quite sure about what I wanted and the florist was extremely patient and assisted me in creating the most beautiful flowery arrangement. The flowers are so fresh- they actually looked as fresh on day 5 as they did when I bought them. Their little gift section is also worth watching. I managed to pick up some of their fancy swirl lollipops, and a pretty card to accompany the bouquet. It is those minor details that make this place unique. Definitely my new flower shop in the town. I sent a bouquet to a friend at Sacramento City Hall, which I now realize is apparently guarded more heavily than Fort Knox. Jett called me to explain that security was treating these gorgeous blooms like contraband--they wouldn't take them, and they wouldn't let him in. Did he give up? Absolutely not. This man basically navigated the seven layers of hell and a bureaucratic gauntlet just to make sure my friend got her flowers. Most people would have left them on the sidewalk and called it a day, but Jett's commitment to the mission was next-level. The bouquet itself? Absolute perfection. Stunning, fresh, and clearly made with a lot of love. The customer service at Botanic is truly elite. If I could give Jett and the team 100 stars for surviving "The Great City Hall Standoff of 2026," I would. I was looking for a floral arrangements place. I found Botanic on google. I went on their website and their Sympathy Bouquet caught my attention. I immediately called and a girl by the name of Hannah responded and took my order over the phone and from the beginning things started off wrong... Hannah immediately tried to upsell me the same bouquet advertised on their website for $150 at an XL size for $200. When I corrected her that the price was $150, she didn't make any effort to apologize for the correction. Instead, she made a snarky comment and replied "So you have a smaller budget?" At that point I should have hung up and ran lol but I really had to get my friend who's father just passed these flowers! I don't know about anyone who's reading this, but $150 for a bouquet of flowers is not a low budget purchase. Moreover, I placed my order with Hannah over the phone. When I came to their store to pick them up I was in for another disappointing surprise. The bouquet they had prepared was nothing as advertised. Naturally, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked them if they had given me someone else's order. Instead, they doubled down and said that it was a "Designer's Choice". This was so insulting to me because as a flower conesieur (what women doesn't love flowers!) the flowers they had arranged in the initial bouquet were a downgrade from what I had paid for. The picture of the boquet I ordered shows 2 stems hydrangeas, and 2 stems of orchids which are my absolute favorite and probably the main reason I purchased the bouquet in the first place! The woman assisting me (I didn't ask if she was Hannah) told me she would rearrange the bouquet and make it just like the picture. I had to wait for 10 mins and when I returned I came back for another disappointing surprise. When I returned this time, it was missing its damn ribbon along with the cardboard holder. I can't prove if she did this out of spite but it was really upsetting! I'm really not one to leave new businesses a bad review (my parents own a small business and I know you can make mistakes) however I felt compelled to write this review because I gave them several opportunities to make things right, but clearly they didn't care enough to do so. I hope they read my review and change their business practice for the better.
