I was first introduced to this salon through Groupon and ended up switching to their salon because of the wonderful service I received. All of the stylists are highly skilled and very friendly. The salon is always clean, well-decorated, and the music sets a great vibe. Something that sets this salon apart from the others is their pricing. It's VERY fair and seems like a steal of a deal compared to what other salons are charging for the same service. Kass is amazing. She's my go-to girl for lashes! She's always punctual and very accommodating. I genuinely enjoy her company and I'm always satisfied with the work she does. (I've heard great things about the other stylists, so no matter who you end up with, you'll be in good hands.) BONUS: The chairs are super comfy. She has the most amazing personality and welcoming attitude than most people I've ever met. I requested an appointment on their website and it said that I would be notified if that appointment were excepted or not. I did not receive an email nor did I receive a text saying that they excepted my appointment request. I got charged a no-show fee. They keep saying that they did send an email and texted me but I did not receive anything. Looks like I'll just take the hit but I'm not going there ever.They are not willing to work with you especially as a first time client you would think that they would be a little more gracious towards you. I own a counseling agency, and that's just bad business to uphold a no-show fee when a client is saying they did not receive anything to confirm the appointment. read more

I never thought I got what I've poured in so much money to get at any of the other places. I've even been to someone who's supposed to be known as the "best in utah", and paid 180 for a full set and have been greatly disappointed. I was recommended to Leena by a friend. Upon arrival she was already very nice and welcoming. She does the lashes so gently and my eyes never watered AND THEY ALWAYS DO with everyone else I've gone to. Was 10 minute late to my appointment because store is hard to find. When I walked in, I was told the lady I scheduled with had an emergency and couldn't come in. I picked her for a reason and for her experience. I was paired with a girl that said she has been doing lashes for a couple of months.... I was there for 2 hours and my lashes weren't even half way done but she told me that's all the time she had since her next client was there. I had gotten lashes before and 2 hours was enough time to get a full set. My friends couldn't even tell I got lashes. I can literally count the amount of lashes that were put on. Horrible and pretty upset I drove over an hour there and back and definitely not worth the time and money. Even if I had come on time there was no way she would have been close to being done/ making the lashes full. read more
