I am so lucky to be able to attend one of the best Aesthetic programs out there. Taylor Andrews…read morestarted their Basic and Master Aesthetic programs at the beginning of 2020 and have come so far in just one year. There are so many services offered, and the actual program is one of the best. I looked at a lot of schools before I picked Taylor Andrews and I haven't regretted the decision once. They offer, basic, master, and level 4 laser training. You also get certified in classic and volume lashes, as well as a full makeup artistry course. The spa area and treatment rooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful. I'm obsessed to say the least! The instructors are so knowledgeable and amazing. I'm so thankful and grateful for the opportunity to attend Taylor Andrews.

But the front desk completely changed the tone of the visit. When I arrived to watch my granddaughter, I simply asked where my daughter was. While I was standing right there, the two receptionists referred to my daughter as "the problem client" -- all because she had her baby with her. That comment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly pretty bold to say in front of a family member. Her one‑year‑old sat quietly for two and a half hours without crying, fussing, or disturbing anyone. We even called ahead to confirm it was okay to bring her, and we were told yes. We live in Utah -- families bring their kids places. It's normal, and it certainly doesn't make someone a "problem." And just to be transparent: you caught me on a calm day. All I wanted to do was get to my grandbaby. On a different day, with a comment like that, I might've been the one you considered "the problem." So I'm choosing to address it respectfully here instead of reacting in the moment. Everyone else in the salon was kind and welcoming, but that front‑desk interaction overshadowed an otherwise great experience. I'm not asking for anything; I just want you to be aware of how it came across. Respect and professionalism at the front desk matter, and comments like that stick with people.
