Instead of just taking the order, Chase took the time to ask the right questions and quickly realized I was about to purchase the wrong part for my setup. He guided me to the correct option which I ended up buying. A week later I called him again for another part and we got into a conversation about scopes. He recommended an outstanding scope and when I took it to the range, several people commented on how well the setup was put together. I reached out to him again today for advice on a suppressor, and once again he walked me through exactly what I needed and stopped me from buying the wrong thing. I ended up going with his recommendation. I've got to say Chase is professional, knowledgeable, fast, and genuinely focused on helping the customer get it right. The email I received said the sale was good through June 21st (Father's Day sale). I log in to purchase the item June 20th (today) only to see the sale changed to 15%. I was very disappointed to see this so I contacted support to only be told the prices are subject to change from their employee. A Sale promoted to a certain date SHOULD NOT be subject to change when you are given a specific date to purchase the item at the sale price. Very disappointing and a damper on what would have been a great Father's Day gift.
