It gets one star for being poorly planned and not catering the regional interest.

Once Keenan approached me and asked if I needed help I was more than grateful. I explained my problem and he knew just what to give me to try on. He explained both brands of sneakers. I tried both on and again I am just so grateful to run into Keenan that day. I am still now wearing BROOKS, but it's now a new line of walking sneaker called GHOST. Horrible Staff/False Advertising /Broken Items-missing components…read moreVisited our local Dunhams to shop the 4th of July sale and was treated terribly by the manager. Took a tone with my wife and I. All while we had our toddler in the cart...She felt the need to relay her smartass comments to my wife after making her feel stupid for not understanding the advertising above the yeti mug display. They were clearly advertised for buy one get one half off. The manager and staff did not know what they were talking about when we asked if it had wrong up correctly At checkout. This was clearly the stores mistake and the manger was absolutely wrong in this case. We did not bother to argue further. Instead we left the store without purchasing any of the items we had picked out. Unbelievable that Dunhams has gone down hill to extent it has. Sticker price and advertising was in complete disarray throughout the store. The yeti mugs were mostly robbed of their lids or magnetic sliding piece that closes the lid. The customer is not at fault for the stores in inability to accurately label displays, and arrange items, or interpret their ridiculously FAKE discounts. This was the second time this happened at the particular Dunhams in the last several months

i was in there to purchase a firearm and the guy behind the counter just handed me a tablet and…read moredidnt help at all and due to not helping i got locked out of buying a gun there for 24 hours after already paying for a background check, the employee idk what his name was but he was more focused on what him and his coworkers were talking about rather then assisting in helping with the purchase, i told him that i was confused and that something went wrong with the tablet and he told me i was locked out because i answer the questions wrong even tho i asked him what to do. Poor service and the people behind the counter were lazy and didn't seem to care about selling the gun just getting the customer to be done and not buy it, i will not return to buy a gun or anything due to lack if help.

As a student it is not easy to get off campus to the Dick's(Properly named) so getting an uber is not ideal. Just go to a pga or the penn state course, or do it yourself because the pro is extremely unreliable.
