They never judged when a file wasn't correct and made sure to check all the details and inform me about them before mass printing the magazines. The quality is also outstanding and we did not have any problems with the magazine not being in order once the printing was finished. The printing was fast and done right on time despite a tight schedule. I am so happy to be working with them and will use them in the future!

The floors were in very bad shape but the worse part was the bathrooms. It looks like they are never cleaned. Very poor management because even if there isn't a budget or out of their hands to get new floors, it's is in their hands to have a clean bathroom. I've been to cleaner gas station bathrooms than this. It was very surprising to see just how bad it was.

For another, Liz has attended me both times, and she is efficient and welcoming. Seriously was in and out both times in five minutes flat. As for what I sent out, the first was a care package with fragile items that arrived in one piece. The second a letter that will be arriving later in the week. I've no doubt everything will go swimmingly. I mean, so far everything has, and minus one incident years ago with FedEx, I've never had any issues with this chain whatsoever.

There's no excuse for talking about a customer to other customers. I smiled. I didn't raise my voice. I send a lot of packages at that location and she was just nasty to me. When I asked the other employee in the building if there was a manager name or business card I could have, she told me I needed to leave. Terrible, terrible customer service at this location. It used to be great. Not anymore.

My own company had sponsored the cost of reprinting wife's 20th law school class reunion guides and there was no question as to where to take the project. Leave it to me to wait until the last minute to execute this project, but I did and Target Print & Mail committed to my deadline. In fact, when I picked up the packets on Friday afternoon (an hour prior to the event) the manager (Jeremy, who if I remember correctly is the son in law of the lady who started Target Copy "waybackwhen") offered to show me the facility - VERY impressive indeed and clearly capable of handling ANY job that TLH could send their way. Digital AND offset printing operations along with all the esoteric machinery to accomplish common and uncommon tasks. I've depended on Target Copy off and on since undergrad days (I'm FSU '89 and '94). By no means have I been a high profile client here, but I've always been made to feel like I actually was.

Plus once a year she gets our tax software here. They get our business because they offer a credit for recycling ink cartridges and that helps keep down the cost for ink. Service is usually ok. Might have to hunt up help or a cashier sometimes since they are never busy with maybe 4 cars in the parking lot at any time. The store is still the same size as when it first opened in the heyday of the big box office supply stores many years ago and they haven't closed yet so there must be something more than our business keeping them going. Maybe supplying state government since these big box office supply folks ran all the locals out of business when they first opened.

As a disabled Vietnam Veteran who is pleased and thankful, he is no longer chair bound, I'm pleased I didn't have to Rollate in and struggle to get the job back to the truck. Which I had to do at UPS. I've got another job coming up next month and they are getting my money. Excellent value. Excellent work. Excellent service.

He was personable and took the time to explain about the type of insects in our area and what's involved in keeping them away. I believe Capital City's prices are fair. You don't have to pay for corporate overhead, so you catch a break that way but they aren't low-ball where you know thr pest control person can only spend 5 minutes with you because they have so see tons of people to make a living.

There was one mishap where they were supposed to have texted me or called to let me know when my laptop was ready instead of emailed, but it's not a big deal.
