Now this time around, I had been suffering from a debilitating migraine for 3 days along with my usual neck-crick. Who knew that a chair massage could help a migraine, much less any headache? Certainly not me (a sufferer for almost 30 years). Carl and I discussed how my migraine was manifesting, where my pain was and how the pain radiated. Carl talked me through the process, explained the muscles, how they effected the nerves, and how he thought he could help. I would guess I was in the chair for 15 minutes, but the entire thing was was delightful. The right amount of pressure, hitting all of the pressure points to relieve the throbbing and give me some much needed relief after 3 painful days. Not only is he funny and has a great rapport with his clients, but he actually has helped tremendously.
