The equipment is well maintained and they are continually adding and updating things throughout the year. The classes are phenomenal and the gym offers a wide variety. Beth, Ian, and Heather are some of my favorite instructors- if you get a chance to take one of their classes- do it! The instructors are patient and encouraging, while they push you to get the most out of yourself and the workouts. *** Covid-19 update *** Wow! The gym has gone above and beyond during this trying time. During lockdown, they live-streamed classes everyday. When Murphy allowed groups of 25 outdoors they started classes at the park and then transitioned to the gym parking lot. A large tent was added to bring gym equipment outside while providing their normal class schedule. The gym reopened inside and the covid protocols are met, providing a safe space to workout in. Since group classes cannot exceed ten indoors (right now), the gym fitted the large tent outside with turf and heaters in order to provide its members with a safe alternative. NitroFlex continues to go out of its way for their members and the community! Check this place out- you won't be disappointed.

The only thing I wish was different was more turf space to do things across it, but if u dont mind using a hardwood floor the studio room is completely empty when theres not a class so I will sometimes go in and use the space to do things like farmers carry, jumprope, lung walks etc. The front desk staff and other ppl that use it are really friendly and nice. I would say in the afternoon crowd its about 85%+ male and 10-15% female, in case that matters to u, but I havent noticed any creepy guys at all!

It's really all about the people who are running the show in these types of classes. Cara, Meghan, and Laurie provide a safe and fun workout for all levels. And not to mention, they keep the facility super clean as compared to other locations I have seen and I love how the layout is wide and open. This workout will change your body and mindset without a doubt. It took time for me to build stamina and confidence, but after you allow yourself time and patience, it will come. He has been accommodating and has been careful to understandably push my wife harder than I. I really enjoy how every time we try something different (it makes me feel like I am getting a good value for my payment). I firmly believe repetition is hell, but this variety makes me look forward to working out, something I thought I would never say. Bill is a nice, supportive and mostly quiet guy which is exactly what I wanted in a 1 on 1 (or in this case 1 on 2) personal trainer. I did not want some meathead shouting at me to do better or calling me weak (something that is simply not in his personality). He works late one night a week and does a 1/2 day each weekend which has made it easy for my wife and I to go.

The software and app for tracking your progress is great - class rank, calories, and power points so you can compare to yourself or the class. 40 bikes with plenty of room - where you can be seen in the front or hide in the back depending on your style. The stadium seating really helps everyone see the instructor. State of the art sound system is loud and really helps the experience (especially when you compare to other studios). Shoe rental is free and there's good availability of sizes, I've never had an issue. I do wish they had more retail available. I think that's the one area they're really missing out on. They celebrate birthdays, ride milestones, gender reveals like no other! Highly recommend if you're in the area for a class. Your first one is free!

I found out I was pregnant shortly after signing up for a monthly membership and originally requested to freeze and purchase class packs instead. No response from them. Given the lack of handling the situation, I decided to cancel altogether, giving more than the required one months' notice, and eating the remaining one month cost that I didn't use due to travel. They charged me again the following month and it took an additional 2 weeks for Alan to agree to refund the charge, promising to call me to ensure everything was sorted. He never called (all of this happened over email as they refuse to get on the phone). I was charged again this month, despite trying now for three months to cancel. THIS PLACE IS SHADY AF.
