Oh, and did I mention they already have my $50.00 deposit!. Horrible customer service. **UPDATE** Just received a call from Aiyanna regarding missed appointment..She was very apologetic and offered to come in on her day off, tomorrow, to perform my service. Thank you for the call back and remedying the situation.

It was one of the most uncomfortable IV insertions I've ever had and the aftermath left me concerned with how it was administered. I definitely wouldn't come here again and I got some really weird vibes from doing infusions here I took my business elsewhere and I wouldn't recommend anybody use Amanda's clinic EDIT: Amanda's response felt manipulative and dismissive. That is the exact IV insertion site on my left wrist. She first tried to insert it at my inner elbow, missed, and had to remove it. Then she told me she was "activating my fight or flight." I felt completely cornered by that kind of language. It really came across like she was trying to play mind games. I disagree with her response -- it was inaccurate and doesn't reflect what actually happened. I never received a phone call where I used foul language, and I won't accept being portrayed like that. If you want to tell the police, go ahead. I'm filing my own report too, because the way this was handled deserves documentation. This whole thing feels like a form of intimidation -- and it's honestly disturbing. Her public response stated the IV site wasn't consistent with the infusion. That's the exact site she used. It's frustrating and strange to see a professional misrepresent something so basic. After this experience and reading her public reply -- I can say with confidence something about this clinic feels off. The way the situation was flipped made me question how many others have gone through something similar but stayed quiet.

Truly Exceptional Care at Soul Alchemy…read more Over the weekend, I received blood panel results that sent me into a spiral of anxiety--particularly due to a severe vitamin D deficiency that explained months of fatigue and body aches. Desperate for help, I reached out to several local IV hydration companies, but most gave me slow responses and impersonal, generic information. Then I contacted Soul Alchemy, and the experience was completely different. From the moment Sophie answered the phone, she was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I immediately felt at ease. I wasn't even sure what IV treatment I needed, but after I explained my symptoms and medical history, she thoughtfully customized a hydration therapy that was tailored to my needs. Her location is secure, nestled in Stone Creek Village Shopping Center, where you're buzzed in for entry. The suite itself is serene, beautifully decorated, and instantly calming--with the added bonus of massage chairs that made the experience even more relaxing. The entire process was seamless and efficient, but what stood out the most was Sophie's hospitality and patience. I had a million and one questions, and she answered each one with kindness and expertise. I truly can't say enough good things--Soul Alchemy is a gem, and I'm so grateful I found them when I did.

I am not clear why the same business has two Yelp profiles so I'm posting again: A family member of…read moremine was diagnosed with cancer, and while researching treatment options, I came across Infuze MD. After a brief call with an employee named Paolo, who spoke positively about the clinic, I shared the information with my relative. In hindsight, I realize that in my desperation, I may have overlooked warning signs. At the time, I did not realize Paolo is not a medical professional, even though he was the first person discussing treatment options. The clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Nilda Agnes Abellera, who is board-certified in PEDIATRICS but whose clinic advertises integrative medicine. My relative traveled from out of state to begin what was described as an "intensive" 20-day cancer program. According to her account, the first three days did not feel intensive. She reported that infusion rates appeared slowed, staff could not explain the scientific basis for some treatments, and the doctor missed a planned medication review. She also observed what she believed was dried blood on a chair and described an IV bag fully draining while the needle was in place, which worried her. On October 9, 2025, she said her care was terminated immediately after raising concerns, without timely written notice, referrals, or arrangements to ensure access to medical care until she could establish care elsewhere. Referrals were only provided after I contacted the clinic. This abrupt termination caused a delay of over a month in her treatment and worsened her PTSD symptoms. She also tried to obtain her medical records multiple ways. On October 10, she requested them in person but was denied. She also submitted a written request and used the clinic's online inquiry form. As of this writing--52 days later--she has not received her complete records. When I called the clinic, Paolo was tense and dismissive, and I could not speak directly with Dr. Abellera. Given the situation, I became concerned about whether proper procedures were followed and intended to file a complaint with the Medical Board of California. Additional observations and concerns (personal experience): Family-run structure: The clinic is owned by Dr. Abellera. Paolo appears to manage many aspects, and another family member may also work there. This raised questions about oversight and role clarity. Online reviews: Of 32 Google reviews, 5 were five-star without details. Only one mentioned "cancer," making it hard to evaluate patient experiences compared with other clinics with hundreds of detailed reviews. Difficulty communicating with the physician: My relative and I tried to speak directly with Dr. Abellera; she did not speak with me, and my relative felt the doctor was unwilling to address her concerns. This lack of communication was alarming given her serious diagnosis. Cost vs. expectations: The program cost approximately $1,800 per day. Based on my relative's experience, the services did not match the program description. Others may feel differently, but this was our impression. Social media promotion: Paolo participates in Facebook groups promoting the clinic without identifying himself as an employee, which seemed misleading. I have included a screenshot for reference. In more than a decade in healthcare, I have never witnessed a more concerning divergence from a physician's duty to do no harm: terminating care without notice, effectively leaving my relative without immediate, comparable care options while facing life-threatening cancer.

I'd only lost 15 lbs after he was born!! Maybe it was my age (39) but nursing him for 8 months didn't seem to help with my weight loss like all the books promised. My goal was to get back into my pre-pregnancy clothing by Spring. When I commit to something, I really commit, so...I started an exercise routine, was careful with my food intake and after THREE months of really being committed to this new routine, the very warm morning I got dressed to meet my mom's group in the park I was looking forward to wearing shorts--but was shocked to find they STILL did not fit! I had to pull out the size 16 shorts I bought to wear right after the baby was born--I was so sad...! I couldn't believe all the hard work, and very little results. And, I was very frustrated too! That's what lead me to PWC. I found their local listing online and then gave them a call. The information I received on the phone made me want to book a consultation to learn more. In my consultation I found the program easy to understand and I knew I could commit to it. The thing I liked best about the program, and the thing I knew would make me successful, was that I'd get additional assistance by taking an appetite suppressant. I don't know about you, but when I get a headache, I take an aspirin. When I went into hard labor, I requested the epidural, so I my reasoning was if I needed to lose weight, why not take a prescribed, safe medication to help curb my appetite! A doctor and/or nurse is on duty to monitor weight loss and hold you accountable. The staff becomes your cheerleader. They care about their patients and I held myself accountable to them. I actually looked forward to weighing in every Wednesday. I never missed my weigh-in date. I lost 48 lbs in 6 months by sticking to their nutritional program and low dose prescribed appetite suppressants. It's not hard to follow a program when you have the help of a suppressant. I weighed in EVERY week to see my accomplishments. Sometimes I'd reduce by a pound, sometimes 2, sometimes 3 lbs, sometimes I'd even gain, however, it was my body regulating because I followed their advice. I averaged 2 pounds a week. 10 Pounds = a dress size! I went from a size 16 down to a size 8-10 pants/dress. Once I reached my goal, they had me reduce the medication dosage over a period of 3 weeks. Some people worry that they will get their appetite back, but I didn't, because I learned HOW to eat while I had the assistance of the appetite suppressent. Fast forward 19 years later, I am newly engaged and am getting married in October and now, over the years and being 57, my weight has gone up a little bit since I stopped the program, only 10 lbs, Not a real big deal, but I would like to look amazing on my wedding day and I know I will feel so much better if I drop 10 lbs. (one dress size) So I went back to the clinic last week, they STILL had my records, they checked me out thoroughly and I went back on the appetite suppressant. After just three days I already feel like I'm on the road to success to meet my goal of losing 8-10 lbs. before my wedding. The weight comes off slow but steady, which is WHAT YOU WANT! Slow and steady wins the race. Diets don't work. As soon as you stop eating Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers prepared foods, you will gain your weight back. Been there, done that. The combination of the nutritional program (it's what we already know to do...eat clean and healthy), the appetite suppressant which will help you make good food choices and drink water and keep you from overeating, and the amazing staff who are there for you any time you need them, I promise you will see 8-10 lbs come off every month. I know that doesn't sound like a lot but trust me when I tell you, after 4 weeks, your clothes will be loose! Last thing, while I don't really like admitting to friends or my fiancé that I need an appetite suppressant to be successful, what good would it do me to struggle on my own? I appreciate that someone invented this assistance so I can succeed and reach my goal. I got over that real quick when I was the one losing weight and looking and feeling great again!
