This provider not only will not refund me, for $1000 prepayment and a $750 botched procedure, they refused to correct! their front staff "Millia" questioned me with an attitude and pretended like I didn't make these payments after one of the drs "Thrailkill" confirmed he saw my credits/payments in their files in her presence! Payments were made directly to the NP Mickey Krammerer "owner and person who did my proceedure" Here's my awful experience, I had to report them to the Better Business Burial!On 12/5/23 I had an appointment at 10am after being rescheduled by the clinic, for a previous day appointment. The appointment was to correct an under eye "Botched" filler procedure Nurse practitioner Micky Krammerer had done on October 3 2023. I immediately notice one eye was filled more than the other, lumpy and uneven. At which time "the provided" asked do you sleep on your left side? I said yes. He purposely filled one eye more than the other. I was concerned because I immediately noticed something wasn't right but I decided to trust the "provider" since he reassured me it would "even out and settle" to give it some time, a couple of weeks to be exact. if it doesn't even out; "come back it's an easy fix, I'll correct it for you" I trustingly & patiently waited it out for my appointment which was originally scheduled 12/4/23 @ 1:45. I took the day off for this appointment and received a call the same day, to reschedule for the next day or a few days later. I decided I had waited long enough and needed to get it taken cared of! It's very noticeable one eye is hollow and the other is lumpy (Botched is to say the very least) it had been two months at this point. When I showed up for the appointment a doctor (Robert Thrailkill) approached me in a very hostile manner and presented the letter attached, and basically told me to find another provider. I had never been treated in this manner, nor had I ever had any of my appointments or procedures with this doctor. He told me to find another clinic and he would forward my medical records. He couldn't get me out of there fast enough! I was confused. I respectfully requested my refund of $750 for the botched procedure and refund which I have not received! I also requested my refund of a prepayment of $1000 of unused Botox. This all should of been refunded before "letting me go as a client/patient" in my opinion. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere as the market for this is very competetive. I do however have a problem with Mickey and Tiffany (Uplift) keeping my money! Also my best friend who I referred & I came to the conclusion this clinic is a tends to "whites only" and I'm 100% Mexican & my best friend is 100% African American, I don't look Mexican and I believe they did not realize I was! There was also conflict and inappropriate talk during my appointments, it was awkward at times. For example NP Krammerer shared with me that one of his patients told him "he was prettier than his wife" he said this in front of his receptionist/assistant we both in the room and we both went dead silent. His wife (Tiffany) has this attitude problem, and is difficult to even speak to both my best friend and I noticed it during our appointments, where she belittles NP Krammerer in front of us. I have filed a formal complaint with the better business burial in order to get resolution/full refund since apparently keeping people's money seems to be good with this "business" definitely not a good for a business just starting out. I have request both of my refunds numerous times directly (see attached) and "uplift" still feels entitled my money. Be careful with this business as they obviously mislead their patients, put up a hypocritical front to take your money. They obviously find the easiest way out to not have so handled their mistakes, yet keep your money. Easiest way out is to refund my money so I can go to a reputable business and have the mistake NP Mickey Krammerer corrected safely! read more
