Very friendly and excellent customer service they explain to you everything very well, always willing to answer your questions they are very fast and if you stick to the plan you will definitely lose weight definitely recommended, hadn't been in their office for a couple years because they moved far away from me but the drive is worth it,they help me a lot and it really work.

If your looking to lose weight but NOT looking to spend all your money on a weight loss program that require weekly visits or buying expensive food, then Docs Diet is your best bet. I first heard about docs diet about 10 years ago and the program has remained the same: (1) Vitamin B12 shot monthly and a 30 day supply of Adipex-P (phentermine 37.5 mg/appetite suppressant) brand price $95 or generic $85 (cash or credit card). The program also goes by the old eat small meals and snacks through out the day so you won't feel hungry and over eat. But if your anything like me I sometimes overeat because I just can't stop and that's were Docs Diet program comes in to save the day! I've been on and off the program due to having babies. Every time I go back I lose around 7-10 pounds a month (without even trying)!! They original only had offices in Linden and Turlock but expanded to San Jose and Pleasanton but ultimately closed those locations and run the Linden and Turlock locations. Which is a pain cause I have to drive an hour to get there now but end the end it's so worth the drive. I researched other weight loss clinics who offer the same plan as Docs Diet however in the Bay Area they charge around $200 - $400 for your initial (docs diet charges around $130 I think) and since gas is affordable now :-) I made the decision to go back to docs diet. 10 years ago I use to be seen by the owner Dr. Wilkins at the Linden office but he's now probably flying planes since he is also a pilot!!! The staff is wonderful and the office is immaculate! Give Docs Diet a try you won't be disappointed!

I'd only lost 15 lbs after he was born!! Maybe it was my age (39) but nursing him for 8 months didn't seem to help with my weight loss like all the books promised. My goal was to get back into my pre-pregnancy clothing by Spring. When I commit to something, I really commit, so...I started an exercise routine, was careful with my food intake and after THREE months of really being committed to this new routine, the very warm morning I got dressed to meet my mom's group in the park I was looking forward to wearing shorts--but was shocked to find they STILL did not fit! I had to pull out the size 16 shorts I bought to wear right after the baby was born--I was so sad...! I couldn't believe all the hard work, and very little results. And, I was very frustrated too! That's what lead me to PWC. I found their local listing online and then gave them a call. The information I received on the phone made me want to book a consultation to learn more. In my consultation I found the program easy to understand and I knew I could commit to it. The thing I liked best about the program, and the thing I knew would make me successful, was that I'd get additional assistance by taking an appetite suppressant. I don't know about you, but when I get a headache, I take an aspirin. When I went into hard labor, I requested the epidural, so I my reasoning was if I needed to lose weight, why not take a prescribed, safe medication to help curb my appetite! A doctor and/or nurse is on duty to monitor weight loss and hold you accountable. The staff becomes your cheerleader. They care about their patients and I held myself accountable to them. I actually looked forward to weighing in every Wednesday. I never missed my weigh-in date. I lost 48 lbs in 6 months by sticking to their nutritional program and low dose prescribed appetite suppressants. It's not hard to follow a program when you have the help of a suppressant. I weighed in EVERY week to see my accomplishments. Sometimes I'd reduce by a pound, sometimes 2, sometimes 3 lbs, sometimes I'd even gain, however, it was my body regulating because I followed their advice. I averaged 2 pounds a week. 10 Pounds = a dress size! I went from a size 16 down to a size 8-10 pants/dress. Once I reached my goal, they had me reduce the medication dosage over a period of 3 weeks. Some people worry that they will get their appetite back, but I didn't, because I learned HOW to eat while I had the assistance of the appetite suppressent. Fast forward 19 years later, I am newly engaged and am getting married in October and now, over the years and being 57, my weight has gone up a little bit since I stopped the program, only 10 lbs, Not a real big deal, but I would like to look amazing on my wedding day and I know I will feel so much better if I drop 10 lbs. (one dress size) So I went back to the clinic last week, they STILL had my records, they checked me out thoroughly and I went back on the appetite suppressant. After just three days I already feel like I'm on the road to success to meet my goal of losing 8-10 lbs. before my wedding. The weight comes off slow but steady, which is WHAT YOU WANT! Slow and steady wins the race. Diets don't work. As soon as you stop eating Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers prepared foods, you will gain your weight back. Been there, done that. The combination of the nutritional program (it's what we already know to do...eat clean and healthy), the appetite suppressant which will help you make good food choices and drink water and keep you from overeating, and the amazing staff who are there for you any time you need them, I promise you will see 8-10 lbs come off every month. I know that doesn't sound like a lot but trust me when I tell you, after 4 weeks, your clothes will be loose! Last thing, while I don't really like admitting to friends or my fiancé that I need an appetite suppressant to be successful, what good would it do me to struggle on my own? I appreciate that someone invented this assistance so I can succeed and reach my goal. I got over that real quick when I was the one losing weight and looking and feeling great again!
