I called and was given a couple options of their opening. I chose a Saturday morning appointment. (If you can book for during the week I highly suggest it) When driving in I came to the front of the building which was locked and a young woman came out to advise me to head to the back of the building. I then proceeded to drive to the back and was able to find parking quiet easily. From the parking lot to the front entrance was about 50 feet. I had trouble finding it since there are so many buildings. I was able to call and Jeannine guided me. You just have to walk toward the "PureRejuv Wellness" Sign this is their front entrance and it is a smaller building. Walking through their front door you smell essential oils and asked to remove your shoes and leave them by the front entrance. I was greeted by Jeannie with a warm welcome and walked to the front desk to check in. By the front entrance they provide hand sanitizer and a welcome sign. They have tea and water available and a gender neutral restroom. I only waited about two minutes until I was greeted by Lee my massage therapist for my appointment. She walked me to my room and asked me questions about where I would like to focus on and so forth. You can either go all nude or leave on your undergarments if you are more comfortable. Lee was very knowledgeable and calming. She provided a great service and helped my back as much as possible. After my massage I felt so much better than what I had felt when I first walked in. The massage by Kristina was top knotch - I give her 5 stars, but..... First off, I called August 30, 2023 and they told me $69/month for the monthly membership. I signed up and had the massage 3 days later and it was awesome. When I was charged for the membership on August 30, 2023, the membership charge came up as $77. When I got a hold of them, (NOT EASY!) they told me the price went up Monday the 28th - (3 days BEFORE I called and was told $69). It still said $69 on the website. No offer to return the extra amount out of courtesy - no apology. Just "the girl told you the wrong price." Horrible customer service. Oh, they are nice - IF you can get a hold of them - but they don't do what they say they will. I ended up cancellling the membership 2 weeks later. I didn't like the customer service and I felt they didn't handle the situation properly. I didn't want to deal with a company like that as I foresaw more problems down the line. Since then, I have been charged 2 more times for a membership I had cancelled. I was charged September 30th - 2 weeks after I canceled it. After many attempts to get a hold of them, they finally returned the overcharges and said everything was cancelled - the payments and the membership. I believed them. But wait, there's more! I was charged AGAIN at the end of October after being told TWICE that it was cancelled! Now, I am furious! This is twice I was told it was cancelled and I got charged again. So, after trying to get a hold of them on the phone today with no success - (every choice you choose on the phone menu tells you to go to the website) - I went to the business in person. I explained that I was VERY angry and that I am not a bitch and hate confrontation, but this needs to be fixed TODAY! The girls were nice and apologetic and said that the previous girl (it has been a different person every time I talk to them) didn't do it right and that they have it fixed. They said they sent an email to the owner, Sue Gance, explaining the situation. I left feeling better and calmed down. Time will tell. If I get charged again in November, I will be taking legal action to get this settled once and for all! I hate confrontation and I always try to be nice - "until it's time not to be nice." (Patrick Swayze - Road House). This is the short version...they don't answer the phone, they don't return phone calls and they don't cancel memberships when you ask. It is unfortunate because I really liked my massage and the therapist. She was very nice and did a great job. Had they treated the financial part of it any differently, I would have continued my membership. I am not going to say don't go there. The massage was good. I had one previously in February as my BF got me a gift card. Shaun was really good, also. That is why I decided to get a membership. What I am going to say is be VERY vigilent on the finance end. Make sure that you get charged what they tell you it will be. I have seen other reviews with money issues and being told different prices than what you are charged. Hopefully the owner will get some quality office people in there that know what they are doing.

Kristina is the best massage therapist I've been to in years. She does not go by the average…read morepractices taught in school. She is intuitive with her skills and has very strong hands. She asks questions to understand concerns and corrects those issues. She also reads your body and helps to educate her clients about her observations. I already scheduled my next appointment and can't wait.
