I called and was given a couple options of their opening. I chose a Saturday morning appointment. (If you can book for during the week I highly suggest it) When driving in I came to the front of the building which was locked and a young woman came out to advise me to head to the back of the building. I then proceeded to drive to the back and was able to find parking quiet easily. From the parking lot to the front entrance was about 50 feet. I had trouble finding it since there are so many buildings. I was able to call and Jeannine guided me. You just have to walk toward the "PureRejuv Wellness" Sign this is their front entrance and it is a smaller building. Walking through their front door you smell essential oils and asked to remove your shoes and leave them by the front entrance. I was greeted by Jeannie with a warm welcome and walked to the front desk to check in. By the front entrance they provide hand sanitizer and a welcome sign. They have tea and water available and a gender neutral restroom. I only waited about two minutes until I was greeted by Lee my massage therapist for my appointment. She walked me to my room and asked me questions about where I would like to focus on and so forth. You can either go all nude or leave on your undergarments if you are more comfortable. Lee was very knowledgeable and calming. She provided a great service and helped my back as much as possible. After my massage I felt so much better than what I had felt when I first walked in. In addition, I was nearly coerced to paying a 30% tip! The people in this establishment would not let me leave unless I gave them this amount of tip. I asked was it required, they replied, "she serviced you". Not to mention, I was already going to give them a tip, regardless of the poor service. But to expect and nearly bully me for a 30% tip after poor service is shameful. Do yourself a favor and try another establishment. Do not waste your time or money here.
