For starters they claim this huge discount but I'm here wondering how this makes any sense. In March of 2020 I bought a water bong, wax collector and small glass bowl for 135 dollars. On February 19 2021 I bought the exact same set up piece for piece which added up to 165 dollars (without a receipt which struck me odd). To add the very intoxicated male working didn't greet me nor did he hear me come in not sure why but after yelling "hello" over the music he came out from the back of the store. After that he was pushy, rude and even showed me a video of him getting intoxicated (which I certainly didn't ask for). Moving forward all this was on company time and property which leads me to believe they're okay with allowing negligence, disrespect and liability. This is such a sketchy shop. The whole building reeks of weed. I'm pretty sure the pipe I was shown had been smoked out of and cleaned poorly. There was soot in the corners. I returned my FAKE Smok vaporizer after using official verification via Smok Tech website. Based on the employee's response, it is my opinion, they are knowingly selling knock-off products. The guy working this morning was had a tweaker vibe and wouldn't get me what I asked for (I brought in a broken a banger and asked for the same one that I've gotten here twice.) This place is a little awkward to walk up to (idk if it's only accessible by stairs?), other than that it is perfection! Great shop and they have a ton of glass (mostly clear). The guys in there were super helpful and got me set up with a few superb pieces at an extremely good cost. I need to let people know that you shouldn't spend your money here. No matter what the problem is they don't stand behind their products. Not to mention the fact that they are charging $350 for a little bong. So the discount is not realistic. You end up spending more on a lesser product and then get no guarantee that it will work. I was a big fan of this store until my recent purchase. I have to buy a replacement standard 14 mm quartz banger every 8 months or so, due to it breaking, etc. The one I got this time had a chemical like reaction issue, catching the dabs on fire when touching live resin to the bucket, and turning the smoke black with a plastic like taste that makes one choke and dizzy from the foreign chemical emitted . I thought it needed to be seasoned but wasn't the case. After me and all my friends tried our materials to waste, each one burning up into black shit, we put it aside and used a rig with a different nail and has no issue. The African American store associate, tried to tell me it had to be the low quality of my live resin from the Good Meds next door, and how he "used to work at a dispensary." Yeah I work at one too, and the live resin I buy weekly has always been perfect. I was told no refund and they could sell me another for the same price. Don't give these clowns your money, if they care that little about a long term customer's health over a $13 sale of a toxic product. read more

I made an order online almost 2 weeks ago and they still have not been shipped. UPS has been awaiting for it to arrive at their facility. After many attempts at emailing (wrong email addresses on their website) and calling, I finally got ahold of someone who was absolutely no help at all. Clearly high, he didn't give a single answer as to what's going on with my order or anyone I could contact to get answers. All he replied with was"um...
