I hired a couple characters from Bombshell entertainment for a private showing of Incredibles 2 that my work was hosting. The characters were great! Very professional and friendly. The characters come with an chaperone, I did not expect the chaperone to do anything but watch the characters and make sure everything went smoothly however she did so much more. The chaperone was taking pictures, talking to everyone and even coaching people how to pose in the pics. I booked the Island Voyager for my daughters' joint birthday party last year, and it was a big hit at the party. Went to the carrot farm Easter event today, my scheduled time was noon when we got there they said bunny won't be out for a couple hours, but our booking was for 1 hour. No vendors with food we were expecting food to purchase. I asked when the Easter egg hunt would be they told me not till 1:30 again a issue as were were scheduled for one hour. They then offered me to buy a paper bag with 4 eggs, a bag of chips, and a bubble wind, but they wanted 10$! I asked to buy arts and craft packet and they ran out ! We were only the second group. They charged me 55$ just to enter and basically the 55 $ is just to park your car. I paid for what little they did have. I feel I should be refunded my children were very disappointed. Cynthia was responsive and helpful, and Germar was such a fun surprise for both the kids and adults. The kids all enjoyed it, laughing and mesmerized and talking about it for days afterward. He was great at getting volunteers and doing balloons for the kids at the end. Spider-Man came to my sons third birthday and it could not have been a bigger hit if we had tried. Spider-Man was engaging and friendly, knew all the right answers to the hundreds of wild questions only 2-6 year olds can ask and had the perfect moves. My son was absolutely enchanted the entire time. I especially appreciated, that while he showed the other kids a lot of attention, he made it a point to make the birthday boy feel extra special the entire time. My daughter wanted to have a Descendants/Villain 6th birthday party and I struggled to come up with what to do to entertain the kids that would be attending the party. I knew there were plenty of companies that I could hire to have a princess come and entertain the kids, but a princess was not appropriate for our party. I searched to find a villain and Cynthia promptly let me know she had a few villains to choose from and I was ecstatic! I decided on having Maleficent come to the birthday party and I could not have asked for anything better! Maleficent (Cynthia) was AMAZING!!! She kept in touch with me leading up to the party and promptly responded to all my questions with enthusiasm and professionalism. The girls (ages 3 - 9) all LOVED having Maleficent give them an "evil makeover", they played games, had a dance party and took pictures. Cynthia spent time with every girl there and made them feel special, made them laugh, brought the character magic back to life for the older kids who may be on the verge of losing it and truly loved what she was doing! There is a big difference in having someone dress up for a job because that is their job versus someone who truly wants to be there and is loving every minute of what they do and it was clear to see that Cynthia wanted to be there with those kids. Every parent at the party commented on how amazing Maleficent was and how nice it was to not have to worry about entertaining the kids! I was actually able to sit down and watch the kids have a good time and that never happens when you host a party.
