What an amazing experience with the Cinderella Company for my daughter's 3rd birthday party this past August at the park in Milpitas. My daughter's 3rd birthday was Disney Princess Theme and I was looking throughout the Bay Area to hire a Snow White Princess to hire and surprise her and the guest. I was able to book our character and through Cinderella Company. Initially the person in charge was out of town while I was inquiring but communicated the whole time with me. They ensured that the Snow White that was coming fit the needs of my party. I chose the 2.5 hour package so that it will entertain the many kids coming. Snow White called me two days before the event to finalize the location and what will happen at the day of the party. I was so impressed from the time she arrived to the very end. She stayed in character the whole time and my daughter was in awe that Snow White was at her party celebrating her 3rd birthday. The adults also loved Snow White she looked liked she can from Disneyland. Snow White read a story with the kids first, did some singing and dancing, played with bubbles, did face painting and sang happy birthday, took pictures with everyone. She did such a good job entertaining the kids at the party. She even played with them while they wondered in and out of the jumper we had. We also gave Snow White a microphone during the party so that everyone can hear her. We have had an absolutely amazing experience with the Cinderella Company! I cannot recommend them enough and especially Kit who has come to play two different princesses at both my daughter's 4th and 5th birthday parties. Last year, we had her play Princess Aurora and this year she played Princess Belle. Kit was truly phenomenal both times. She showed up on time, very professional and she 100% looked and played the part. After we had her last year, my daughter was so overjoyed with meeting Princess Aurora, she immediately asked to have another princess party for her next birthday. I figured she'd lose interest throughout the year, but that wasn't the case. She asked if Princess Belle could come to her 5th birthday party so I was thrilled when I found out that Kit was available again this year! My daughter was on cloud 9 the entire party as the dream she had the entire year of meeting Princess Belle came true. WOW!!! I can't rate Jordyn as ELSA high enough! She was in character and amazing from just my phone call with her to go over details from my daughters 3rd birthday party. I kept telling everyone how excited I was after talking to her because as an adult I felt like I was talking to the real Elsa. Her communication was fantastic, and she sent me different dress options that she could wear, all of which were stunning. She parked far away, so the kids literally saw Elsa appear and the disappear basically into the unknown. She was in character from the time she walked toward the house, to the time she vanished. She has the perfect "princess voice" and princess mannerisms. She read a very magical Frozen story that was super interactive with the kids and included songs. She belted out those songs like she was on a broadway stage! All the kids got lots of attention, but I love that she made things extra special for my daughter. There were a few things that happened while she was here, where she had to be quick on her toes, and nothing seemed to phase her. Twice my dog ran though her performance, and she casually just pretended he was a reindeer which the kids loved. Another time, the song she was singing changed to a different song (the instrumentals on her speaker). Instead of getting flustered, she totally stayed in character, and just said something along the lines of silly Olaf changed our song, everyone say "silly Olaf!" Then she started back up the other song without missing a beat! She did lots of dancing and games, sang my daughter happy birthday, and took lots of pictures with the kids. We only booked for an hour, and I can't believe how much fun she did into an hour. She is seriously the best, and anyone would be lucky to have her show up to their party! Tonight while tucking my daughter into bed she said, "Mommy, I forgot to tell Elsa something. I forgot to tell Elsa that I love her. I didn't say I love you to Elsa." We invited Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip (from Sleeping Beauty) to come to our daughter's 4th birthday party at our home. It was absolutely a dream come true for our daughter! I'm going to be honest, when I first approached this company for my daughters birthday it felt a little precarious because their location and phone were not available through Yelp and I needed to pay a deposit ahead of time. But I must say I am extremely pleased! Everything went really smoothly and was very professional. They make it very easy to get everything set up and I received both a confirmation email and a personal phone call prior to my event, which made me feel confident.
