I told her I would add it up myself to save her time and me money. Then she changed her mind and told me I needed a single document from my employer stating my overtime, which my employer could not provide. They told me to just add up the overtime myself. I told Jenny this. She then flat out told me that she will not claim my overtime unless I gave her a single document from my employer stating my overtime, and my pay stubs were not acceptable. She then told me I will not get a deduction from my overtime. Using FreetaxUSA all I had to do was insert a dollar amount for my overtime. I was able to deduct another $200 thanks to FreetaxUSA accepting my overtime claim. I paid $0 for Federal and $15.99 for state on FreetaxUSA. Jenny would've charged me $300. Overall I came out $500 ahead compared to having Jenny use her "expertise" by letting the computer do the work for her.
