The job was done thoroughly, nothing was missed, and although I am super OCD about cleaning even I was impressed and will continue to use them on a regular basis. ALSO had tried Merry Maids however the job was pathetic at best, and I demanded they come back and 'redo' multiple times for the price I paid for them. After asking me to leave a good review, the communication and consistency changed, and there were multiple cancellations. I even agreed to a price increase because I wanted to continue working with her and understood that prices and circumstances change. Unfortunately, she then canceled again and the situation became personal, with me being blamed for not caring about her children. I found that very inappropriate and unfair, especially in a professional client/business relationship. For me, reliability and professionalism are just as important as the actual cleaning. Because of the repeated cancellations and the way the situation was handled, I can only give 1-2 stars. I have since found another cleaner who is incredibly reliable, always shows up as scheduled, communicates well, and does an excellent job. That experience has really reinforced for me how important consistency and professionalism are when inviting someone into your home. I wish her the best, but based on my experience, I would not hire this cleaning service again.
