I enjoy reading several different genres so I don't mind going to the store and browsing. What I don't understand why the store will not price reduce on the books THEY know they can. Also many of the popular authors why you're not keeping hard backed and paperback in stocked yet 3 stacks or rows of science fiction? really? Plus, I didn't appreciate the sales pressure to join Your Book Club!!! I have not saved any money. Which takes me to the second problem with Books a Million online order and shipping. My experience was this. I ordered a particular book because it was not available in your store. Was promised delivery in 2 days. After 10 days, I finally sent email to cancel. The reply back was unable due to my order was processed and in route. 2 days after THAT reply I received A BOOK. But not the book I ordered!!!!!!! Not great service. I'm done. Do I recommend? I'm only providing information that happened here. Buyer beware is my recommendation

The cashier would not cancel and start over so she could use the card. It's amazing how quickly a business can lose a good customer.

He thought he picked up the version I prefer, but it wasn't right. So we returned today to exchange it, buy another one and a few things for my niece. This was my first visit here, but I will definitely we back. They had a fairly decent selection of items, it was well-organized, and the people working were very helpful and kind. Expect to pay about $40 on average for a Bible, but it's well worth it.

They have videos but not new ones. And right now there are a bunch of new inspirational. I think they just want to skim by as a local store or they simply can't afford to update their stock. I rarely find what I'm looking for but they do have some things. If you are looking for a quick book to teach, this is a place to check out. I've gotten three or four books for children there.

They have been independently and family-owned for over 40 years, and they are a must-stop for all book and music lovers out there. This store is HUGE with over half-a-million books, movies, music and memorabilia. However, I think what makes them extra special is the curated selection of Horror and Thriller books, including some very unique collectibles. I am more into contemporary, so keep in mind those books are located on the top floor of their second building. Their children's book section was also incredible but frankly I didn't have the patience to go through them.
