Yet another coffee shop I decided to check out while in the area. It's a really cute coffee shop for those who want to spend some time reading or meeting up with a few folks to catch up. It has seating up front, and then the further back you go you get to the bookshop. I noticed mostly biblical books and I think maybe other genres were further back. The staff was friendly and overall I enjoyed the honey lavender matcha that I got. Cute bookshop and coffee shop combo.

I love this place. As a believer, it is a refreshing experience to see so much love for the Lord. Today was no different. My latte was perfect and beautiful and the staff at the order counter were kind and patient with me while I decided what I wanted.

I didn't realize it was a religious book store until we got into the place. I came here for the tea and the gf muffins I saw on the menu. I ordered a chai with almond milk, tasted more cinnamon then anything, but it was ok. I also got the gluten free/vegan cinnamon swirl muffin. Let's just say it tasted very vegan a little tough to eat as it didn't have that spongy feel to it. My mom grabbed a cinnamon roll and she said it tasted really good. The people here were nice and it didn't take long before my drink and food were ready. They have a lot of seating inside as well as some seating outside too. And if you're looking for a new Bible, they have rows of them to chose from.

Cute, cozy, relaxing g place. Coffee pretty good. They have a variety of pastries and sandwiches. Large book selection. Great for a girls coffee or tea gathering.

The Book Shoppe &Coffee has to be one of the most beautiful coffee and book shops I've ever been to in my life. It was a sunny, but bitterly cold winter afternoon and we had been out shopping in Frisco and I wanted something to warm me up and happened to notice this old world European looking building on the corner of Lebanon and Parkwood Dr so I told my husband that we needed to stop and check it out. When you step inside, there is a beautiful, red coffee roaster to the right behind the checkout counter and when you step in a little further you are greeted by a roaring fire burning inside a large, stone fireplace. The bookstore inside boasts many shelves of inspirational, Christian books, devotionals, study guides and many other gifts and then, of course, the coffee bar is a little further in as well. It was late in the day and I didn't want anything caffeinated so I ordered a chai latte with almond milk. It was perfectly hot enough to warm me up and had beautiful notes of cardamom, ginger and a hit of white pepper at the end. There are many different seating areas but I was just walking around and admiring the vast beams along the ceilings, the gorgeous millwork and carpentry and they even have a library ladder for reaching items in the higher shelves. The woodwork is absolutely gorgeous and I only wish that I lived closer so that I can visit more frequently and spend more time at this beautiful shop.

Love it! My husband and I both said "This is the best coffee shop I've ever been to." Such a great atmosphere: cozy, inviting, friendly staff, delicious coffee, great book selection... I will definitely be back!

Cutest Christian coffee shop I have ever been to! The interior and exterior is very high quality and the atmosphere is comforting/relaxing for a cozy cup of coffee with a friend. Staff is very friendly (to no surprise considering they love Jesus). And I absolutely love the statue of Jesus washing the disciples feet outside the front door. It's my favorite coffee in all of DFW ... Overall 10/10 experience! I recommend!

Great place to work from, or get some quiet time. Plenty of seating and space. I had only driven by this place and had never looked it up so I was surprised when I walked in to realize it was a religious bookstore only - pretty cool selection of books and other trinkets. Staff are friendly and coffee was good. Gave me a break from my day to get some work done.

Great coffee and the perfect cozy vibes!

Today was my first time to go to the Stonebriar Mall Barnes & Noble store, and I was impressed with…read moretheir selections. It's one of the biggest B&N stores I have been to so far. The children's area had the most toys I've ever seen at any of these places. And even thought it's large, I saw things that remind me of what a thoughtful bookstore should have in it. Children sitting on benches reading and laughing. Teens talking about the books they're buying and looking forward to reading that story. And adults having fun with their children. And I must say, isn't that what a bookstore should be about? Laughter, imagination, excitement to read. It truly made my heart happy to see and feel their joy as I walked through the book isles. There's a B&N store close to my house, and I never see or feel what I experienced at this store. That speaks volumes to me. And yes, I bought a book. Every year I look for that special Halloween book I can share with my granddaughter. Today I added the children's book, "We Are Already Haunting Here" by Gideon Stere. I can't wait to share it with her!

I am going to give away some of my criteria for writing a book store a five star experience. It's…read morerare for a bookstore to meet every criteria. To me a bookstore has to have an amazing selection, great customer service, fair prices, and a really nice vibe and atmosphere. This Barnes and Noble hits on everyone of those standards! This Barnes and Noble is inside of Stonebriar mall in Frisco. When I first walked in, I thought it to be a small store until I saw the escalators which brought me downstairs to a whole different level. Essentially, this is a full size, Barnes and Noble, and more! They even had sections that I have not seen in any other Barnes & Noble store. They had a whole selection of toys and games. They also had sections for different age groups on the activity toys. What I really enjoyed about the atmosphere here though, is all of the activity I saw. I saw family sitting down in the kids, section with parents reading to their children. I saw teenagers that were obviously walking in the mall that had stopped in the road to look at the young teen section and sit down with books. I saw families browsing together, individuals, browsing together and groups of all ages, checking out things, or sitting in nooks reading books. It was really a great vibe, and this place seem to be a community gathering place. Barnes & Noble has several different ways to score some bargains in their store. What is the typical look for the sales. For example, on this particular trip I saw several tables that had relatively new released books on sale for half price. You can get great prices also by becoming a member of their royalty buyers program. They have a couple different options on that depending on whether you're a casual reader and shopper or you're an avid reader, and shopper. I do not read as much as I used to so these days the free membership makes the most sense for me. Anyway, I have learned that not all Barnes and Noble's are created equally and this is a really great Barnes and Noble! Review #2094

It's hard to find art books in other bookstores, and even places like Barnes and Noble won't have a selection as varied as Kinokuniya. Despite the endless aisles of manga, I've surprisingly noticed that they're missing a few decently known manga. Unless I keep missing it, I've never seen The Case Study of Vanitas in their aisle, but they have the author's other work, Pandora Hearts, in there, for example. I would also say Kinokuniya is limited with their selection of anime goodies. I like that they're all very much authentic and different from your typical anime store selling pop figures and easy to find Bandai/Banpresto stuff, but their blind box selections are also becoming easy to find in other places because it's all the mainstream shows. Overall, if you're looking to expand your collection, this is the place to go.

We were hoping for some sort of cover and binding to preserve it since it is of great sentimental value and over 90 years old. What we received back was a gorgeous gem, a true made-to-order family heirloom. Not only was the cover beautiful, the binding is a work of art and pages we thought were lost forever were delicately and expertly restored. We stand amazed.
