Sadly, like many others, we also had a pretty TERRIBLE experience with this company, and after several attempts to request it be made right, it never was. I implore you to find another company! I know there are several good ones! For our community event we ordered several items from this company, none of which we will ever order from them again. We ordered the hot dog warmer, snow-cone machine, a bounce house and a water slide. The morning of our event, we get the snow-cone machine ready so that we are ready when the event begins. We quickly realize there is a piece missing from the machine, a pretty important piece (a pin) and so someone has to go hunting around for a pin that we can use. Thankfully we found one, but we were still somewhat frustrated that we had to look for one. After we started testing the machine, we saw several very noticeable METAL SHAVINGS in the machine. It's about 30 minutes before our event begins, an event in which many people are expecting a working snow-cone machine. We call the company to see if they can bring a replacement. They have no one who is available to bring us one, so we find a volunteer who has to leave our event right before it's set to begin, and drive 45 minutes away to pick up a snow-cone machine. We also weren't given any indication that we would be compensated for all the trouble this is causing us at this point, and we are quite frustrated, but unfortunately it gets worse. Our water slide is up and running, and we soon realize that children are flying off the end of it, somewhat abruptly. We stand there puzzled, trying to figure out why this is happening. We pull up a picture of the slide we ordered, and we realize there is an entire bottom piece MISSING from the slide! (A pool for children to slide into - imagine that!) We call the company back -- they tell us they somehow failed to include that piece. Meanwhile, kids are showing up, and our volunteer is not even close to returning with the now two items we badly need. Another volunteer ran home to get a blow up pool to help in the meantime, but it wasn't long before it popped, and we now owe her a pool as well. More things we sadly will not be compensated for. By the time our guy gets back with the items we needed, several families have come and gone. It's unfortunate that we were inconvenienced and had to go out of our way to make up for some pretty significant oversights on their part. And the MOST frustrating thing of all, which leads me to leave this negative review, is that for four days we have called the office to try and get them to make it right, and we have been blown off every time. Conveniently, only the "supervisor" can make any decisions about that, and this person never bothered to take a few minutes to give us a call, after we left many messages with office staff. We spoke with the office manager at one point, who promised that we would have a refund and an answer before the end of that day, neither of which EVER happened. This is terrible business, and not the way to treat customers who paid them quite a bit of money. This company was difficult to communicate with from day 1, but everything else in addition has made for a very negative experience. All things you should keep in mind before booking them for your own event. We understand things happen, and we gave several chances for it to be made right, but sadly, no one seemed worried about doing that. read more

They were great. Extremely professional. The even can earlier than our event to set up. Gave clear instructions and a quick turn around once we inquired about booking. It was nice out so rented it for the kids but The one we rented actually accommodated the adults so after the kids went to bed 5 adults got in jump a little then sat in it and talked :).
