Because our guests had a lot of food issues - gluten, nut and dairy it was a real challenge! Stephanie carefully curated a menu that hit all of our requirements. In addition, because we live out of town for most of the year, our decorations, holiday plates and whatnot were quite limited. Stephanie put my fears to rest by assuring me she'd take care of all the details. As the day of the party dawned, we had the place all cleaned up and ready. Stephanie and Mary arrived about an hour before the guests and set to work transforming our little place into a festive, inviting party spot. We had holiday cocktails and mocktails, delicious heavy appetizers and desserts that were out of this world. Stephanie literally thought of everything. All the food was labeled so our guests could choose foods that were best for their food sensitivities. At the end of the party they gathered everything up, helped set aside uneaten food for later consumption and left with very little for us to other than sweep the floor and fall into bed after a very fun and satisfying gathering of friends. They also have become our one stop shop for our events, in that they not only offer inflatables, but they offer chairs and tables, face painting, etc. We no longer have to work with multiple companies. Lastly, their staff is easy to work with and are accommodating. From the office staff (Kyle and Jade) to their lead guy on the field (John) to the many workers, face painters, set up crew, workers staffing the inflatables and other products, they excel in customer service. And then when they finished, I took these photos to show the ownership the straps weren't even connected, and most of them were broken at that. To no surprise, one of the tents collapsed the day before our event during storms. They did not have parts or a replacement tent. Still charged is for both tents, and blamed us for the storm bringing the one down. Will go out of my way to keep people from dealing with these people. No way these reviews are real. Their product was defective in 2 different ways, with rips at the seams (which Blaine told me he apologizes for, but they don't inspect the equipment when in comes back in... REALLY?) Also, the blower motor blew out within 20 minutes of first staring up. I called their EMERGENCY #.... they text me back EIGHT hours later, telling me I could go pick another one up... An hour drive away, and our event was over. In the three weeks since, they have refused to return my calls or refund my money. Even though, in our only conversation, I was told how much they CARE... Care about money, not clients. BOOOO to you Saturn Amusement! Now it seems I will have to file a suit, which leaves me out more money. They WILL be paying more in the end... Which just proves again, what horrible business practices they have!
