I was then told that I would be receiving a call back and did not. I called them back the following day and corrected them on my invoice on tables and chairs and inquired on the tables and chair delivery I was told I would be receiving. The woman told me that they cannot deliver today when I was told they were. My husband talked to her as well and she said they would deliver the following day and stated we did not speak to anyone the day before because she answered the phones. We told her we have screenshots to prove we did. After going back and fourth she said they would deliver the following day. They came the following day and placed all the tables and chairs outside the house. I told her when I placed the order it said where the tables and chairs were going to be placed and asked why they were asking if they weren't going to help with the setup. I wasn't able to pull up the screenshot because it was through PayPal. The woman had a bad attitude with me when I called her out and asked me for the invoice they sent in the mail. I never received one. She was rude, unorganized and unprofessional. I was very displeased with her service and will make sure to let friends and family not to go through this service.
