It's so refreshing, and she has won me over as a customer for life. Cut It Up is a little bit on the pricier side for a raircut, but it is SO worth every penny. Appointments are easy to schedule, and the salon itself is on the smaller side, so you never feel like you are being churned out of a beauty factory like at some of the larger chains (looking at you, Beauty Brands and Look After). I made an appointment on the phone not knowing that at least three stylists worked there. I got Anna and I didn't know what to expect so I showed up early and she wrapped up a bit earlier than expected so she started early. I told her I just wanted something that looked age & cut appropriate for the upper 60's white male that I am. It should project a business man's style and that wouldn't embarrass my kids. Anna did a great job, since I had been looking for a couple weeks and the appointment was a week later my current hair was wild to say the least. She was patient with me, and made sure I understood a lot was coming off. It came together very well, especially with a 1st time for me stylist.
