The same gal that did my toes started my nails then swapped with someone else after preparing my nails for the gel. I had to re-explain to the new tech the style and colors I wanted. She did a great job but being I wanted her to use artistic license on how to incorporate the glitter into my mani, she seemed confused. My friend's pedi was done by two people (same kind of swap that I experienced on my mani) and then she had to wait for my manicure to be completed as they scheduled the same tech doing mine to do hers. The store in general is setup well, color samples in the waiting area, clean space, and relaxing atmosphere. The owner offered me only 10% off for my next visit, even though the quality of the work was unacceptable and, in my opinion, I shouldn't have been charged for those services at all. Most recently, I stopped in as a walk-in on a Monday afternoon, and the owner was the one helping me. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. When he asked what service I wanted, I said a manicure. He then insisted I had acrylic on my nails. I think I know what's on my own nails, and being corrected about something that wasn't true came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Customer service matters just as much as the quality of the work, and unfortunately, this salon fell short on both. With so many excellent nail salons within a few miles, there's no reason to spend your money somewhere that doesn't make you feel valued. After giving this salon multiple chances, I won't be returning.

Unfortunately, they cut my nail bed and I bled. They missed half of my cuticles and when I got home and examined them closely I saw that blood was stuck under the clear polish. The price point is very fair. I enjoy the spa chairs, big tvs to enjoy while waiting, and friendly atmosphere. My sister and I have done a sister spa outing here, and had a great, relaxing time...and I've also come for some me time! There is an ample parking lot, but shared with a few other businesses which can get busy. They prefer appointments, but I have walked in a time or two as well, and they kindly worked me in with no issue. It's a good option for their services offered, and I keep going back.
