Inject RX Wellness does not inform you at the time of of making the appointment that they no longer participate in Alle or that they've now implemented a $50 rescheduling fee after the 24 hour window of your appointment. Instead, you find out through a text message reminder the day before your appointment. When you're already locked within that 24 hour window. That's frustrating and feels deceptive. I suffer from migraines and unfortunately woke up with one the morning of my appointment, which made it impossible for me to drive. On top of that, friends of mine have also shared concerns that they may be watering down the Dysport, as the results don't seem to last as long as they should. And to make matters worse, they now ask for a tip?! At a med spa, which is highly unusual and unprofessional for a medical-grade service. Overall, the lack of communication, questionable practices, and added fees have made me lose trust in this place. I've even referred people to them. This office consistently fails to answer the phone or return voicemail messages. It is unreasonable to charge a no-show fee when a patient has made repeated attempts to call and reschedule but receives no response. Life happens, and patients sometimes need to change appointments. When a patient makes a good-faith effort to notify the office, they should not be penalized because the office is inaccessible. Furthermore, you are charging me a 50-dollar fee for an appointment where "these times are reserved for serious patients" when I literally see the doctor for 5 minutes for a skin check. Customer service is a fundamental part of patient care. This practice needs to invest in adequate staffing, improve responsiveness to phone calls and voicemail messages, and ensure that all staff communicate with patients respectfully and professionally. To tell a patient who has to balance work-life responsibilities that they are not a serious patient because they are calling to reschedule is ridiculous.

She removed my awesome beauty mark on my left arm (which was there my entire life, never changed size, color, wasn't raised, etc.). She wanted to "test" it to make sure and literally scooped the entire beauty mark out (thought it would be a small piece), so now I'm left with an ugly looking scar instead of my beautiful beauty mark and of course the results came back fine just like I knew it would. I know several people who say all she wants to do is remove things and they come back fine and told me never to go to her again; it's just all about charging for things to make more money. I should have listened to them but instead I decided to ask about Kybella since I'm very self conscious about my under chin fat and wanted it to look better for my daughter's wedding. Sue (the assistant) said I'd be a great candidate, so I set up an appointment to have it done. Jodi and Sue explained the process, etc. (and of course I had researched it) - I had at least 50 injections (3 1/2 vials!) - the cost, $2,400!! The result - NOTHING!!!! The process is terrible and they make it seem like you can just go out the next day and go about your normal business. WRONG!!! I had multiple very visible bruises all over my neck (which I knew could happen but it was a lot more than I expected), lots & lots of swelling, they said it would look like you had "the mumps" - no, it's called "bullfrog neck" (no joke) and it looks terrible!!! Both Jodi and Sue gave me VERBAL instructions (as if I'm going to remember everything after getting 50+ injections!). You walk out with absolutely nothing - not a piece of paper with what to expect, instructions, if something doesn't seem right, etc. - not even an ice pack. For $2,400, you should get a little bag with instructions, an ice pack, etc. - something!! Sue said she would call the next day to check on me and she didn't - I called first because I had some questions and after that I had to Google a lot of things because this process is long (6-8 weeks!!). I went back for a follow-up and of course I would need more injections (which I was aware I might need) but it was very close to my daughter's wedding at this point. So I called and asked for my before and after pictures since I saw ZERO difference. Had to fill out paperwork, provide a copy of my license, etc. just to get the pictures that are actually mine!! I finally got them - they take pics from the left & right sides of your face and then one straight at your face. There is NO difference from the before and after pictures!! Literally none! At times when I look in the mirror, I feel like it actually looks worse (and I didn't gain any weight!). I still have faint needle marks on the right side of my neck and zero results (I did this in June of 2023). Of course, I cancelled my next appointment because why would I spend more money to go through this terrible process for possibly zero results again? I suspect this is not Jodi's specialty (you need someone who is great at injecting and injecting in the proper spots and she did not accomplish this). Of course I looked terrible in my daughter's wedding pictures - I literally hate every picture that I'm in from her wedding!! They sent a reminder for my yearly skin check (hahahaha) and I called and left a message as to why I was cancelling and why I would never come back to this practice and .... crickets. Clearly, they did/do not care but were happy to take my money. I definitely do not recommend!!
