Several of the masks and cleansers caused a burning sensation that wasn't addressed. Most disappointingly, I woke up today with my skin looking worse than when I went in. I also received zero aftercare instructions. I wasn't told whether to wash my face, what to expect regarding irritation, or how to maintain the results. Since this was my first time getting lashes done, it's possible there was some miscommunication. That said, when I expressed that I wasn't satisfied with how they looked, I felt a bit dismissed. The lash tech tried to explain that she had done what I asked for, even though the results clearly weren't what I had showed. She did attempt to fix them, which I appreciate, but because of how full the lashes already were, there wasn't really much that could be changed. I ended up saying it was fine and leaving because I felt uncomfortable...I also felt like the situation may have been rushed because another client was already waiting before my appointment was over, and when I expressed I didn't like the results, the tech seemed frustrated or annoyed. I understand these situations can be difficult on both sides, but since I was clearly unhappy with the final result, I do think it's unreasonable that I still had to pay full price.

My husband was impressed by her professionalism. Fast forward I went back to get eyeliner, she is very gentle and conservative so I needed to have another to make them a little darker. Now today she did micro-needling on my skin and she applied a lot of numbing cream so it didn't hurt at all, I do have some redness and just feels like a sunburn.
