His teeth look beautiful! He never once complained about going to the office because Dr. G. and the staff are really friendly, kind, and gentle with the kids. My oldest son has autism. I was very concerned about him because of sensory issues. But he ended up doing even better with his treatment than my youngest did! This was all due to a very personal, understanding, hands-on approach by Dr. G. He directed information and comments about what was going to happen, or has happened, to my son and treated him as he should: like a teenager who has the right to know what is going on with him physically; like a teenager who needs to take charge of his own health. My son notices when he is treated age-appropriately and respectfully and responds in kind. I had been very sad to learn that my oldest's teeth were a complete mess, or an "involved case," as Dr. G. referred to it. Of all kids to have so many problems going on! He even had a tooth stuck in his palate toward the back of his mouth! But with the wonders of oral surgery and skilled orthodontic treatment, you would never know that tooth was ever up there. It is right where it belongs now! He just got his braces off a couple of weeks ago after 3 years of treatment, and his teeth look amazing! Side notes: I paid the same amount for both boys and was told that no matter what the treatment involved, the price is the same. I am quite sure that what Dr. G. did for my older son went far beyond "the usual" orthodontic treatment! Also, the wait time in the office is very reasonable. Even if the waiting area is packed, we never have to wait an unusual amount of time for the kids to get called in. The staff is also very understanding of the fact that I occasionally come in late because my oldest son is coming from a school a half an hour away (traffic). I can't thank Dr. Giordano enough for the stellar work he has done with both boys - especially my oldest!

My daughter started treatment here in 2016, we lost our home in 2019 and had to re-locate. Due to our displacement we were not able to make it into the office when she was supposed to have a follow up appointment. When I contacted the office to make an appointment for her they refused to see her and said I would have to find somewhere else to go. Now, on this present day, not only does she still have the braces they put on her, NO OTHER ORTHODONTIST will treat her because Lawrence Braces started the treatment. So not only does she still have the braces on which by the way are all MESSED UP , Lawrence Braces is so inconsiderate and uncaring that they will not finish the work they started. LAWRENCE BRACES will be facing consequences UNDER THE COURT OF LAW for my daughter's PAIN AND SUFFERING due to their UNFAIR, UNJUST and DECEPTIVE business practice. Their emergency appointment price was much lower than other local offices I called out to. When I arrived, Andrea Branch explained what she could do immediately (temporary cover) and a permanent solution (root canal). I was really nervous and scared considering the extent of the damage I had on that tooth (also, I never broke a tooth before), and she answered all of my questions kindly and clearly and helped me understand the situation. I did see her again after the root canal (I had to go elsewhere for that part), and it was comforting to pick up where we left off in my treatment plan, since she knows everything about the situation, and I trusted her (which I never expected to trust a dentist or doctor). She was very careful when injecting anesthesia, filing down my tooth (which is an unpleasant sound), and checked on me often by stopping and asking if I was still doing ok. She shaped down the replacement tooth (crown), tried it on my tooth, and kept on taking it out to file it down over and over to ensure the crown was comfortable for me(it feels weird at first, but she made it as smooth and small of a fit as possible). Collectively, however, the practice loses 1 star because there's a receptionist who is not up to standard (they mean well, but maybe they are just not as experienced, or maybe they're still in training). The others are great and exactly what you would expect!

Everyone there -- from front desk folks to hygienists to oral surgeons -- are kind and professional and great communicators. My dentist is Dr. Morin Montazeri, and I've also seen Dr. Ralph Lewis. Both are excellent. Dr. Chao-Min Lee, endodontist, is the best. The fact that she's done two root canals for me and I still like her is saying a lot. :-) Billing practices, appointment reminders--everything handled well. Dawn at the front desk is awesome.

During this procedure they decided to pull out all 4 of his front teeth without even a SLIGHT warning or consult with myself or his dad.
