When I first walked in, the first staff member was not very nice. She was quick and snappy and really made me want to walk out; however, the other lady that was there changed the mood quickly. One staff member addressed me, asked what I was looking for, and quickly handed me off to another sales person behind the register who refused to even look at me. Styling hair comes in multiple colors, sizes, lengths, and textures with wigs, hairpieces, human hair, crocheting hair, braids, and bundles to choose from. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable about their products without trying to upsell you to buy more. A few of the wigs and bundle packs require employee assistance. The store also carries earrings, sunglasses, clothing, shoes, purses, hair accessories like barrettes and flowers, tights, stockings, and they have body oils based from different perfumes. The cologne/perfume tubes are small and can easily fit in a pocket or purse along with the other purse sized beauty items and last minute needs.

There was only 1 person working so I patiently waited for her to finish with another customer. When she finally got to me a man walked in looking for perfume. She walked away from as I was talking to point him to the perfume and continuously yelled out to him about him needing help or if he needed something. Honestly I felt like she thought I was not going to purchase anything significant and was trying not to lose the man's sale. (Even though she doesn't work on commission.) Ultimately, the man felt like the fragrances cost to much and left. Of course by this time I am irritated. I asked for samples of a few products and I will just let you all look at the differences in the pictures. Southaven Sales Associate: The sales associate said " it's not meant to be a full use. It just for you to put somewhere like behind your ear to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction." Germantown Sales Associate: "this should give you a couple of uses to make sure you really like the product!" The Sales Associates at the Germantown location were EXTREMELY attentive. Asked me questions about what I was looking for and skin issues I had and then made suggestions of products and gave me FULL samples of EVERY product I asked for without question or excuse.
