Mike may not smile a lot, but he doesn't not not allow you to pick a specific technician. There were times when I would call and he would tell me that they would not be available for the day I picked, but they were the next day. I've in customer service and you cannot please everyone. One thing I know is that Mike is an owner and he works hard. Could he smile more, yes, but I've seen him open up to me and a few other regulars. Had just a basic gel manicure and a pedicure and fell in love. They give you really nice massages and the atmosphere is relaxing. Again, they strive to have you in and out without having you feel rushed - because let's be honest, everyone's time is valuable.
