There are maybe a handful of technicians with this stellar skillset. I got a gift certificate to this place right after we were allowed to go outside again after the pandemic. Had just a basic gel manicure and a pedicure and fell in love. They give you really nice massages and the atmosphere is relaxing. Again, they strive to have you in and out without having you feel rushed - because let's be honest, everyone's time is valuable. Very clean and organized. My hair stylist is Avery Richard's. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and through the whole process ensured that I wasn't hurt and checked in on me often. She had spent 5 hours doing the balayage, foil, toner, wash, cut, style, and blow dry. I know my hair isn't easy to work with and it's super long but at no time did she make me feel uncomfortable because the process for my hair took so long. She was very hospitable.
